I'm sorry if my Q has already been answered in some other thread but I couldn't find one.
I am planning to buy an LG G3, D855 32/3 GB. But I wanna know, 1) is it available at retailers in Lahore? 2) is there any big difference between the Korean version and this one, in hardware or in customization of the UI? 3) How is the resale of G3 in Pakistan? And, 4) if there is one in LHR, where is the LG Mobile Service Centre which has the parts and accessories of G3?

I am getting a good deal on used e980. Just needed to ask if I should buy it. Price of F240 variants is a little more. Please tell me if I should go for E980 or F240.
I have tried to look in forums but cant find exactly maybe i haven't searched in detail. Please also tell if E980/E985/F240 Roms are interchangeable?

The E98X models have a broader development community on XDA while there are Chinese sites and Vietnamese sites that also support it. For F240, there is very little here on XDA so you'd have to rely on the Chinese and Vietnamese sites for your flashing needs.
If you live in the states, go for the E980 as I don't think the F240 would get GSM LTE, here.

Guys is there a separate section for this phone? I am considering to buy it but can find a dedicated section. I know it says G3 but it's a very different phone. I need to search and get enough information before i decide to buy it. And support on XDA is very important to buy a phone. Custom ROMs.. etc.

Agree, just the same as LG G2mini, G3S (D722) should be in the separate section
I just sold my ZF2 due the fact I didnt like the device all that much... so today I have a mission: find a replacement...
I was thinking about G4, Moto X Style (which is utterly overpriced in my country and I have no idea why) or S6...
To be honest my first choice would be the X Style due the stock android, but here (in Brazil) they are charging way more than the phone worth... its more expansive than S6 and G4 so you guys know what I'm talking about... well, I'm far alway from rich so I need to be careful about how much I spend in a phone....
My question is, what is the state of variety in the "rom department" for G4 right now? Is there a stable CM version for it? I had a G2 and here in Brazil they still didnt upgraded it to Android Lollipop... still stuck in the kitkat after all this time...
I have some concerns about the 6.0 coming for G4 the way they "came" for the G2 in here..

Hello everyone.
I recently bought LG G4 H815 V10a-EUR-xx. Build number is LMY47D. Operating system is 5.1 (lollipop).
I bought "JUST A PHONE" from a electronics store in Norway.
So i can plug any simcard i want and will be working fully.
My confusement is that i see lot of tutorials to root the H815 10b, 10c, etc.
Will anyone point me to rooting tutorial for this version of the phone?
I was searching a lot online and this site also without success.
I will be extremely happy and i will appreciate if any of the senior members help me in this.

Thanks for posting it! LG phones may break often, but at least service manuals are excellent, and give you some clues about how to troubleshoot your phone at board level. Samsung phones on the other hand are better in terms of reliability, but I can't find any service manuals online anywhere!

LG G4 H818P motherboard differences
Hello everyone,
I apologize if this question is in the wrong place, maybe the moderators can move it where it belongs.
This is my issue: I need to change my H818P motherboard. I have found the official spare parts site, but it has a bunch of them, with different prices, for my model phone. I'm really hoping someone can please tell me the technical differences between these two - LGH818P.ANGRWH 1.0 Main and LGH818P.AKAZVK 1.0 Main. Both are PCB Assembly, Main; and both are for Model number LGH818P. Unfortunately, the customer service rep wasn't able to give me any information.

that is difference of country region or software version difference
H815 same as H811
