In the United States:
With my carrier (T-Mobile), it's listed at $450 -- and that's on sale. Regular $598.

mine was made in korea, not because of that, but i think the devices there are gsm, unlocked. could be wrong though, normally gsm off contract are sim unlocked. that said, yes it would work fine in europe, maybe just convert to yakju (google release, europe radios).

While I don't live in Korea, I went through the Korean Google Nexus page which brought me to SK Telecom's landing page for the phone which they are selling for 590,000 WON.

If it's any indication, I see both the WiFi and the 4G model up for preorder here in Switzerland, and they both have a projected shipping date of 'beginning of nobember,' so you might not be waiting for too much longer.

Assuming that you're not buying in Switzerland, don't take these prices and convert them straight to your currency. That will likely not be very accurate. Electronics in Switzerland are generally more expensive than many other countries (altough skandinavian countries might have us beat).
WiFi:
16GB: 656 CHF
32GB: 649 CHF
64GB: 862 CHF
LTE:
16GB: 798 CHF
32GB: 799 CHF
64GB: 1038 CHF
And yes, it's actually the case that the WiFi 16GB version is 7 bucks more than the 32GB version. They're from different stores and apparently they're not very aware of their competition. 649 CHF for the 32GB version corresponds to Samsungs reccomended price, so I would think the 16GB one should be more like 600 CHF, but hey, at least that way my decision was easy...

Some providers in the UK have already started deliveries (Carphone Warehouse, Three...), the UK thread is full of people who have received theirs already.
Stores in Germany (Amazon) indicate availability on 1st July
Rest of Europe should come later 3rd-4th probably.
I will be in Hong Kong from September 10 to 24 with a 3 night layover in Taiwan. I have been looking for the price of the device in Taiwan but I have not been able to find it. I called a shop in Hong Kong who told me their version is Snapdragon not Exynos.
Question:
The CDN version has the $200 off trade in phone promo. Obviously in Asia there is no promo for that, however there is really no tax in Asia.
Anyone know the price of the device in Taiwan? Is it worth paying a premium ($200 ish more) for an Exynos model? Anyone know where I can buy it when I'm in Taiwan; I can't find web stores from Taiwan providing information re: this.
If I buy in Asia, can I get warranty servicing from Samsung in Canada?
Thanks!

Definately worth the extra cash for a bootloader unlocked exynos device.
I dont think sammy Canada will warranty service a non Canadian device though or even if they can as the hardware is slightly different.

The Samsung store sales rep who sold me the note 7 in Canada told me that my warranty will only work in Canada and not internationally.

If you've got something in writing from Samsung (which this website certainly is) that will trump whatever any sales rep says.

The international warranty is only mentioned in the South Korea website. The Canadian website has no mention of it.
I guess make sure to check what kind of warranty is offered in the country of purchase because there may be differences.

I just realized that the link I provided says "Samsung Mobile Computer" not mobile phone. I think we should check the fine print before purchasing abroad, if that's important. If I call Samsung Canada's warranty servicing and get an answer I will post it.
Here is my conversation with SS online:
C: Hypothetically, if I purchased a Samsung phone abroad, and there is a problem with it, can I submit the repair to Samsung Canada?
SS: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment.
SS: No, if you have purchased the phone abroad and would like to get it repaired in different country, you need to contact local service technicians. Samsung will not repair the phones purchased that are purchased in different countries.
Now that the Fold4 has been announced, I figured it's time to join the family (but with the fold3). I like rooting all my phones, so I'd need an international Fold3 (I'm in the US) to do it. I've never bought international before, so where do you all look when buying international?
I'd suggest eBay. (hope that's permitted here).

I don't use eBay much, so I really am not qualified to say there, sorry.
You would have to get it via a 3rd party grey import retailer

I picked up an international from Amazon Refurbished. What I do not know is if they will model prior to sale. They are listed only as Fold 3 512GB.

Oh that's tricky. That could potentially be bad for some people if they get an international on accident and it doesn't work on their carriers bands.
