It is for Korean variant only and you might face issues like no signal etc. Wait for official update or modified version for your e986.

My f240l used to restart itself very frequently on stock 4.1 and 4.4.so i installed cm12(blisspop)in which the restart problem solved.but i faced some bugs in cm12,patiently waiting for official 5.0.again i installed official lollipop which i thought everything is fine.but again the restart problem started but only 2-3 times a day(mostly when the phone is locked and idle).battery is very fine as i have 2 batteries and theres no restart in cm12.so what is the reason for this?which is causing my phn to restart itself?please anyone help me.except on cm12 roms,the prblm is same on all roms.(sorry for my english).

Follow this guide and download required files form this thread. Once you are ready to install, disconnect from internet before running LG flash tool.

Yes you can flash it. If there is any issue, KDZ file will not be extracted and you will get error in the very beginning before flashing process so nothing to worry about.
Is this the same KDZ which one is on LG mobile website?

you need small server running WITHOUT the ""127.0.0.1 csmg.lgmobile.com"" line in hosts file !
read machzelet's guide on how to setup hosts and all !

and AT&T comes out july 31st my question is I have basically your leaked version but for the locked bootloader nitro of ics...so will i need to downgrade back to att stock rom and if so what rom if any links out there i should use for att stock rom, I will search as well but just incase someone knows offhand i would appreciate it thanks.

Use the unbricking guide, it has all the stock nitro HD stuff.

For now the only career builds that were launched was Vodafone and the only thing different was the boot and shutdown animation that included the Vodafone logo.
Everything else is the same.
You could have posted this on other thread already open but that's just me saying.
I'm not criticizing but if every time a build is launched and everything is the same as others, and everyone opens threads for that then we will have many fragmented and useless threads.

I just updated my brothers Optimus G E975 with this firmware and it works like a charm. And this is also the first time I encountered flashing an LG phone, so I am kind of a newbie, here . I did it by folowing this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2797190&highlight=root) metodh. And in that thread there is a debate about red ROOTED signal in download mode after using that tool on G2, something like samsung flash counter on SGS2 if I am correct? Anyway, I am wondering does this affect Optimus G too? Because I wouldn't like to have any problems if I ever had to take that phone to service centre.

Hi,
I read somewhere that optimus g hasn't any flash counter. I send my g to service cause radio error. G was flashed several times and before sendig to service just reverted to stock via kdz flash. They send me back my phone with new mainboard. So i think they can't check how many times you flash it.

not working....with or without Busybox, xposed got bootloop at v21a g3 stock rom
At all, same as @robalm and others members said, LG dev has make some changes in the init.d so they must find what is change in the code to fix the xposed initialisation on this ROM..
So we must wait.
NB: and do not try to flash the SDK 22 version, this version of XPosed will won't boot on 5.0. (it was originialy make for 5.1.1).

I found the following workaround in a german forum: http://www.android-hilfe.de/thema/xposed-laeuft-auf-der-stock-v21a.733310/
Translated:
1. Freeze "LGSmartCover" (e.g. with Titanium Backup)
2. download the inofficial „xposed-v75-sdk21-arm-arter97-snapdragon“ from the Samsung-Area
3. Flash it in the recovery (it's better to do a backup befor)
4. Reboot into system (boot may take about 5mins)
5. Install official Xposed application (link to XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4)
For me it works well with G3 TweaksBox, App Settings, Battery Home Icon and Greenify!
But I don't have any experiences with removing these unofficial xposed-files.

Why not this way ?
My phone was complete brick (flashing autorec on marshmallow) even tho i knew what would happen i wanted to test myself anyway... But in saying that shorting the pins to get the phone to be recognised was pretty simple once i had a flash light to see the pins all good now. Flashed back to stock mm and seems like nothing is wrong

Just bought my LG-H815 and still reading and reading about how to upgrade manually to MM and all negative and positive comments about it. I still don't know what would be the right procedure to upgrade. No Root and No bootloader unlocked.
If i'm flashing using LGUP from marshmallow 20a to 20c do i need to use upgrade option in LG UP software ? or is it FOTA Upgrade ???

If you downloaded the "full" kdz file (1.6 gb size) then use UPGRADE
But I suggest to download the latest version 20d from here:

Btw I used LGUP, updates from V10F-SEA to V20A-OPT2 and after installation, I went to the recovery and did a factory reset the devices. After finishes that startup I flashes the V20D-OPT2 version, rebooted, factory reset again and got the weird mcc/mnc or something like that msg. Closed that and configured and for now is working fine.

Hi
Just installed 20D on an locked/unrooted Vodafone Italy brand phone.
When I installed via LGUP the 20B I lost the brand (better for me).
Now the brand (at least the starting logo) is coming up again.
Another thing is that I get a notification on a "Chat service" that request me to activate it.
It should be LG RCS Services. I tried too greenify (no root), but everytime I boot it come back again.
Any info on what I can do to disable it?
A part for this, upgrade, from 20B, was easy and without loosing anything.
I will come back in a few days to share battery duration.
