Hello gurus, i have a problem with my LG G3 i upgraded it to 5.0.1 but it is stuck at the LG Logo but without a sim card in it it works fine.
i don't think there is an issue with the sim card itself as it works in my other phone and was working fine in my LG G3 before the upgrade. the phone itself in not rooted, it is still locked by Fido so i don't see why there would be any conflict with the sim card.
i tried to restore upgrade errors with PC suite but that didn't help either. help?

Hello everyone, I'm from Brazil and my brother sent an LG LS980 G2 Unlocked the USA. However, I am unable to use it here in Brazil. Here in Brazil most networks are GSM, including that I have the Sim Card.
When I put my Sim Card in the phone it just does not recognize it, the symbol of the Sim Card appears and the "x" on top. I've tried to unlock it with the method you have here, just that every time Telephony.dat delete a file it back to restart. Currently I am using the version of the software: LS980ZVC - Android version: 4.4.2
Would like to help me as I use to unlock even here in Brazil.
Ps: When I put the phone to get on GSM network, it recognizes all available in my city.

Just flash Cloudyfa ROM and ull be fine or read a forum here is how to unlock LS980ZVC - Android version: 4.4.2 working for your network :good:
Hi, simple question.
Would flashing a Rogers ROM onto an Olleh G3 brick it? Curious because Rogers is having a promotion where I can get $100 on a virtual NFC wallet, but it appears that I need to be running stock Rogers software or else the phone can't detect the proprietary "Suretap" SIM card.

I have lg g4 ls991. i purchased it from dubai and at that time it was working perfect. My sim card was working seamlessly and having calls and sms working but when an update of ZVC firmware arrived then my phone and it refused to accept the sim card signals and just showing "No Service".
Kindly help me, how can I resolve this issue.
Hi! Guys I'm new here. I need a little help. I just updated my LG G4 to marshmallow using LG Bridge. The update was successful. After the update I had to factory reset my phone because of problem. Since then I am having trouble with it. I've inserted a fully working sim card but it's still showing me Emergency Calls Only. I've tried other sim cards and also have reset my phone again but the problem is still there. Before the update the phone was running excellent no problems at all .I can't figure out how I can solve this problem. If anyone has got a solution please help me.

I have do use lg up but always no service
same problems here, using H815 work fine before but after update MM via LG Bridge my phone bricked
downgrade to 5.1 using LGUP my phone is on again but now with no signal or no services....
it look like my phone is locked now, until now still finding solution....

So i have a canadian lg g3 and i want to flash a stock firmware ive done it in the past with my rogers lg g3 but it had a sim card in it. So my lg g3 doesnt have a sim card in it and i want to flash a custom rom but i need to downgrade first but i dont have a sim in it so my question in... Can i flash a stock firmware without a sim card???
