Hi all,
I have a galaxy tab lying unused in my draw in my bedroom and was wondering what you think I should use it for? Any good, time light project to use it for?
Cheers!

hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to keep (maybe with an app made for this purpose) the note 2 connected with the mhl cable to the TV and at the same time keep the screen turned off in order to improve battery duration during this process... In fact, the idea would be to play with a ps3 joypad without touching the display... perhaps with emulators and stuff like that ... thanks
up!
i've searched around and i found screen stand by that should do what i was looking for
thanks anyway
Hi,
Just purchased the Samsung Tab S 10.5 version.
Do they make a dock with stereo speakers for the Tab S 10.5 version?
See a lot of iPad accessories.
Would use it on my patio and my camp.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey guys,
Just wondering if there is a way to use my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 as a screen for my Xbox One? My wife and I are in a one bedroom apartment for the next year and while we have a small TV in the bedroom, I feel guilty hogging the big one all the time. It's been hard to find information on the subject due to most people wanting to go the other way: Tablet -> Xbox.
From what I have been able to gather, I would need some sort of realtime capture card (have a laptop with USB 3.0) which I would run the Xbox to, and then use Splashtop (maybe something better?) to get the stream on my tablet. Has anyone tried something similar with this tablet? I'm seeing some devices have a second or two of lag while others have almost no lag. Seems like this tablet should be able to handle it.
Seems like it would be nice to cut out the middle man with a wireless HDMI stream right to the tablet but that seems to be a pipe dream...
bump for today
interesting to know how this can be done !!
you might want to search on youtube . using nexus as backup camera screen
that might work
lag would be horrible like you said.
easiest solution would be to get a cheap, small computer monitor for your xbox.
I already own the Tab 10.5, which I really love, but I only use it at home. Now I'm seriously considering buying a Tab 8.4 LTE + bluetooth headset to take out with me in my bag. I've realized that the least used function in my phone is actually making calls.
So, why not make the switch? Do any of you carry around a small tablet instead of a smartphone? Is it worth the trade off (size, drawing too much attention to oneself, etc)?
I am using tab s 8.4 as phone. For mobility the Note 4 is better, i.e. 6" as you already have the 10.5".
Yes im using it too as my main driver,
I use a 8.4 as my main unit day to day......
I use it with a Nokia BH-905i BT Noise Reducing headphones....
These days so many people wear headphones no-one bats an eye lid.....but how often do you see BT earpiece headsets these days?
Hi there guys, recently my wife broke her galaxy s9 screen (again ) and instead paying 300 bucks for a original amoled display replacement, I bought her a S21, and a REALLY REALLY BIG CASE, you know, just in case... and I was wondering if there is a rom with just desktop mode, like primeOS or blissOS? So I can keep it glued behind my non smart 65" tv, you know... to make it smart ... AND.... if there is no desktop only rom for it, is there a rom that quickboot to desktop mode as standard?
Basically I want to transform it in a TVBOX....
Thanks for the help

Because mine is broke, and it broke within 10 days of use, so... I will never buy another again
