Rightmost personalization button does not working.

Yes it works. You have to put an app on the "personalize" button, and it work

I forgot the source but I've have got something like this for quite a long time now....anyway, good job!

[App] Samsung Galaxy S3 launcher for HTC Desire running any ICS ROM

Copy to system/app folder or just install as a user app , it doesn't make a difference.
TO ADD WIDGETS, COPY TO SYSTEM/APP, CHANGE PERMISSIONS TO RW/R/R, then install again as usual, then press home, and Widgets will work.
DO NOT CONVERT TO SYSTEM APP, MANUALLY COPY IT TO SYSTEM/APP
CLEAR DATA IN SETTINGS.
SOLUTION FOR CONSTANT FC, FOUND BY JASSI32
If after reboot it constant FC
1. Go to system/app and install it from system/app
2. Then delete apk from system/app
3. Reboot
WORKS 100%

Here is the solution.
Before you paste, click "Mount R/O "
button. You can see this button on top of the screen. Then do paste it will work.

Hey guys, I'm trying to use v6 supercharger, but it says to unlock my launcher from memory first. Does anybody know how? Thanks.

it might be a build.prop edit. have you looked for this

are there any init.d tweaks?
you might have to remove some of the scripts from there.
EDIT: In the loopy smoothness tweak , line 8, remove the launcher, com.htc.launcher. Then clear cache/dalvik and try the supercharger again

It should be one of those tweaks or a build.prop edit that is keeping launcher in memory.
unless there are memory tweaks elsewhere?

Must be a build.prop since I don't know where else it could be. I've checked all the init.d and none said anything about a launcher. I'll ul here in a minute, so you can take a look.

iLauncher is actually the smoothest and most realist iOS7 launcher, much more better than Espier. But it had been removed from the Play Store because of DMCA problems... You can find it for free almost everywhere, just google iLauncher apk

I believe there's also a MiUI build for this phone. I've yet to try it, but I do use MiHome launcher. You can download the iOS7 theme for MiHome and it looks good.

[Xposed][MultiWindow][Xhalo]

If you have xposed framework installed then you can enjoy a near multiwindow experience or actually run it like split view of omni ROM.
Once installed the framework and having downloaded xhalo module you just have to adjust some setting.
Go to movable and resizable and enable that feature.

It works like this... But you have to open apps from status bar.
If you want a Samsung like multiwindow, install "xmultiwindow" module it works nearly the same way...
