Hello!
Is it possible, to do an Intervall-Training without my Smartphone in RunKeeper - or another App?
Thank you!

it works, but could use some improvements.

This thread is all about navigation apps, which are working on Blade, without crashes and lags.
Copilot LIVE Europe - definitely one of the best navigation apps (tested on CM BurgerZ)
First, you create an account. Choose your maps you need and download them, works very fast without issues, then you can start to choose your route. It's very precise and it has shown me no wrong direction or route until now, turn-by-turn directions and alternate routes are awesome, 3D - 2D views are clear like the voice guidance too.
TOMTom - very good app, but it needs his time to locate. (tested on CM BurgerZ)
Simple-fast install, good UI. a very good alternative to google maps
Google Maps One of the best navigation apps in the market (tested on CM BurgerZ)
It has the most features you'll need and works reasonably quick like at work, while driving, or visiting somewhere completely new, either on foot, or car. Navigation is still BETA
Sygic: GPS Navigation - great turn-by-turn GPS navigation app (tested on CM BurgerZ)
Sygic has a very clear map layout, considering that it uses TomTom cards. Sound with quick response and good routes with clear navigability, it convinced an already but sometimes it takes a bit to start it, everything else is ok.
Waze Social GPS & Live Traffic - A cool social GPS driving and navigation app that connects you to other drivers (tested on CM BurgerZ)
It is like your standard GPS app but with notifications when approaching police traps, speedcams, heavy traffic or hazards on the road. Easy to use and very practical with a extremely user-friendly UI. It works very well on the Blade.
If anyone has tested another app, please write your judging about it.
add mapmyindia sygic
I use waze. Its a crowd sourced app with real time traffic reporting.

I used sucessfully Copilot 8 (offline version) on CM7.1, it works pretty well.
I use am and I enjoyed. Works in Poland and all over Europe.
AutoMapa its too good aplication
In short:
- It looks amazing on the wrist and it's worth the price and desire only for this "feature" (I have the silver version).
- It's so confortable you forget you wear it.
- As of now you can't do any useful things with it. The heart rate monitor barely works when you stand still, let alone when you move. It's just for fun and conversation. My LG G2 notification LED is so powerful that it can communicate more things than the watch can.
- It's just a lame remote for the phone right now.
What is needed (mostly from Androir Wear):
- Canned responses, easily accessible and sortable.
- Different vibration patterns depending on notification type (API ?)
- Standalone Wi-Fi functioning (as I understand, the Moto 360 has the Wi-Fi hardware)
- More open API to enable more powerful applications
- I think it's possible to type on the watch, but Google just needs to let developers try it in an official way
Hopefully the Apple Watch approach with powerful applications residing on the watch will "inspire" the Android Wear team to enable more stand-alone functionality.
That's about it. I like the hardware a lot, but the software is in its infancy. I think Samsung's Tizen approach is appropriate at this time, given how limited the Android Wear is.

disagree with the "can't do anything useful" comment...
use autovoice, tasker and google search api and the possibilities are limited to what tasker can do (almost limitless). requires root and a little work, but i now have my watch running tasker tasks including controlling my home automation system... i feel like james bond. "ok, google. flush toilet!"
can't wait for android L
Nub question. What's API ?
Will we see upgrades with Wear 2.0/ Android L?
I'm expecting my watch by the 15th...the wait is killing me.

I agree that they should be sortable, but it has canned responses.

Thanks ! I just didn't realize that this feature was already available. I withdraw 50% of the criticisms Now I just need to find a way to add my own responses (edit: I think I just read that this feature will be available in the upcoming Android L).
I was wondering what data others are able to see using the Huawei Wear app. I seem to only get fitness minutes, steps, time, distance. In google play, the description says that it records sleep time and character as well. See description from Google Play below... -cjr-
--------------------------------.
Huawei Wear is an integrated Huawei wearable product application data and services, to provide users with a complete, consistent, convenient experience.
Currently able to support Huawei Talkband series、Colorband series, and more wearable products will be supported later.(Colorband only support the above Android4.3)
For Huawei Wear APP, you can
1) Record your steps, calories, exercise distance and exercise time everyday
2) Intelligent motion timeline will tell you the amount of exercise every movement period
3) Record your sleep time everyday including deep sleep, light sleep and awake times
4) Exercise target settting
5) Share your sports data with your friends
same for me. i don't understand why sleep monitoring doesn't work between huawei watch and huawei wear...???
Most likely because not many people wear their watch to bed.
You have to understand this app supports other smartwatches from Huawei, particularly other focused on fitness. Those must support sleep time features. The Huawei Watch probably doesn't.
It has to be used in conjunction with Huawei health app. Then in Huawei wear you'll see a "Go to Huawei Health...". It'll have to sync, but you'll find the sleep data there. This is on Android. I have no experience on IOS
Mine works. I don't know how accurate it is and It's a software nightmare... but it works. It should be redesigned but that's were it's at. I found this looking to add functions under Function customization. I don't know if it'll really do that but it would be nice.

Huawei 2 has sleep tracking app. I do not know if the app is also on the Huawei 1 ?
I currently have a SM2 and enjoy a very useful watchface that I was able to completely customize with a huge amount of info produced by the very capable NeonDigit app that was developed by a member on here, it has about 10 individual data
Time/date
Time (other Time zone)
weather
Temp
exchange rate
battery for watch
battery for phone
calls
I also have an app that allows me to control powerAmp player (on the phone) remotely from the watch
All great and very useful
So I was considering buying a SM3 and have a few questions
1. In terms of apps etc is it all mostly Android wear and not SM3 specific
2. Are there custom watch faces like what I mentioned above that I can use on SW3
I just want to make sure that I can do mostly what I do now on SW2 on SW3 - is this all possible ?
I was using Facer time ago, it is awesome and there are a lot of watchfaces that allows you to do this
and about poweramp.. well i think android wear can control any music player, i'm using it to control play music
search for facerepo in google, there are a lot of watch faces
Thanks for the info and quick reply, will keep an eye out for a good deal on SW3
My SW2 is getting a bit old now and the charge/usb cover is long gone - can't find anywhere for a replacement, I think soon enough there is going to be water gets in there forcing me to change anyway lol
Well, the SW3 won't be getting AW2 officially, and the work-in-progress port don't look too promising. So it will eventually be out of date. Just keep that in mind when buying one in 2017.
Looking for suggestions...
I have an S9 running on version 10 and am looking for a GPS app that, when started, will display and record and save to a gpx file a track of the phone's movements. And, if possible, it will also allow waypoints to be added to the track as a movement proceeds.
I have looked at a lot of the apps on google play and just not found one that meets my needs. I got the Pro version of GPXViewer and it come close but has a lot of other stuff I don't want or need.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
