Hey all,
I was just looking for methods of rooting without tripping knox on my (wind) m919v galaxy s4.
I was wondering why I have never seen a thread about the kingoapp root method or Vroot method.
I am new to this and would like to know whether these methods would work and if they are safe to use. I have seen YouTube videos of people rooting their note 3 devices without tripping Knox. similarity there are videos on YouTube of people rooting their s4 i9505 with Vroot tool and succeeding without tripping Knox
thanks appreciate any and all feedback
Closing this as there are ample places and discussion on these methods/this matter already.
Hi guys
For the past week I have been searching for a way to root my phone without tripping knox but I haven't found anything yet.
Device info:
I9190 - still stock
i9190xxubna1
Will Kingo work? I already tried saferoot, are there any other ways?
Thanks
Saferoot wont work, kingo I don't know someone said it works and other one said it triped knox

Saferoot is the best way to go, and if it can't root, it doesn't trigger knox. Kingo rooting is based on the Saferoot, I don't know if they've changed it yet, do a google serach and see.
I am new to rooting and i have a Galaxy Note 2 n7105 carrier unlocked phone on android v4.4.2. I have been scouring the internet and cant find a tutorial to root thus phone on a mac. Ive found a mac tutorial for only the n7100, not the n7105. I also need to know how to install the latest version of DN3 on it once i have rooted it. In the simplest way possible please, thanks for taking the time to read and answer!
I´m new with android system, someone could helpme and tellme, how to root thi tablet model? thanks!
There are several rooting methods, you can find them in the General section.
AFAIK, at least there are the following rooting methods using: cf-auto-root, kingoroot, kingroot, kingroot with supersume....
Some of them do not trip the Knox counter while others will trip the Knox.
Hi all I've tried to do my research here first before asking but their is a vast amount of choice. I'm wanting to have root access for my Samsung Tab s 8.4 SM-T705 tablet. Its running stock android version 6.0.1 at the moment. I read some methods root the device but trip knox? Its a second hand device so Samsungs Warranty is long gone but the shop I bought it from does give it a 2 year warranty so would be nice if their is a way to root but not trip knox. If its too difficult then not too fussed about tripping it as its just a tablet I'm using to pair controllers to and mess around with to try things out.
What would be the best or most successful method or guide to follow for my tablet?
Many Thanks

If you downgrade to lollipop you can use Kingroot.
