HD what? sorry but it has the same resolution of a .ico zoomed in.
I suppose you took a Z screen, removed the icons with paint or gimp and blended the borders to try to make a bigger image.

This is not HD and certainly the resolution isn't good, distorted pixels mostly. But the efforts are appreciated.

Hey guys,
I made a bootanimation for the HTC One .
Its in 30fps and will show you the HTC One advertised slogan " Everything your phone isn´t" in a nice way !
Its 20mb. Sorry I couldn´t make it smaller but you get a high quality animation.

Its not flashable. You have to move it to /data/local (or to the right directory if your ROM uses a different location + rename it to bootanimation.zip or htc bootup )
and replace the old one. (use adb or ES file explorer on your phone)
Make sure the permissions are set correctly:
rw
rw
r
then reboot.
Enjoy.
There should come a few more sooner or later

The template is in a complete different ratio and yeah it's probably not my best job but I did that just for fun and practice and simply shared it .
And you can be sure that I didn't do that for any tag on my profile.

No you need to have a rooted / unlocked phone as you modify the system .

Hello. I'm back.
Launcher project isn't dead. Right now it's my project on university.
I've decided to restore all things from AiR Launcher 1.0, rebuild them and add new ones.
At 1st: Widgets screen based on N9 Feeds screen:
2nd: Working icon backgrounds (I'm working on option where you can pick N9 image from gallery and set them as app icon)
Right now, app name is Project Lynn. Beta soon on Play Store.

Your launcher looks very nice and works well. I like the shape and the colours of the apps-icons - makes the screen looking perfect.
But it seems to me all apps are in alphabetical order on one screen, which is to be scrolled vertically.
So is there or will be a way to customize it, because i do not want all apps on one screen (only those i use quite frequently) and i do not want them in alphabetical order but in customized order.

There are some things you need to add tho. The option to use an icon pack. If it is, sorry, I just couldn't find it. I don't have a Nokia N9 because of the lack of apps, but the fact that I can make the OS look like it it's enough I also can't help with the SDK, but I promise, I will search the internet far and wide, to get you pictures of the OS. I tried to send links of some pics but xda stopped me cause I'm new :|

Right now basic pack of MeeGo icons is included in icon editor.
Thanks, but I don't need any pictures anymore. I bought my own Nokia N9, so I have very good source for GUI design. Also I found a pack with all GUI items made by Nokia in Illustrator. If you want, I can send that to you for create theme.
Also, I'm writing a little engine which I can use in Lynn and my future projects.

I am an HTC user normally, but HTC has alienated my completely with their "Ultrapixel" low res camera sensors.
The LG G3 looks like the phone I want to buy, but I was wondering if you are able to install the HTC Blinkfeed launcher from the Play Store:

Someone already ported Prism launcher with Blinkfeed to Nexus 4 but people are installing it on phones other that N4 and it seems to work so you could give it a try

Yeah you can install it from XDA but the DPI is messed up, your widgets will be misaligned. You then need to root your phone, install the Exposed framework and the "app settings" module. Then you need to tinker with the DPI until the widgets align.

This was the only thing I missed about the HTC, now I have best of all worlds.
Ok installed this and got it working
To get it to work - download the Zip file first, install all the items there, then download the Color3 prism with the DPI fix and install that.

Set the blink feed page as your homepage and you'll get the time and weather on it too.

Nah, I'm using Nova Prime and I set up a Nova Shortcut to point to Blinkfeed
That way I don't have to worry about it being in the way and can go to it when I feel like it

GPE Camera v Sense

I've been a long term user of Sense on various devices, the most recent being HTC One M8. When the GPE was updated to Marshmallow I decided to convert and give it a go, I ran it for a few weeks and it was superb, fast, great battery life and the UI is so modern and sleek.
Yesterday being bored I decided to give Skydragon a try as I noticed that had a Marshmallow/Sense 7 ROM available. The ROM is great but one thing I noticed, the sense UI is ugly compared to the vanilla android.
I'm debating switching back to GPE but the one thing I really missed was the camera. The Google camera is very limited compared to all the shooting modes available on Sense.
So my question is while rambling on for ages is: Are there are mods/apps which replicate the functions of the stock camera and which will run on GPE Marshmallow?
I did some searching but couldn't really find anything.

You could download the HTC camera Apk file from the play store and install it! And I think HTC has made it available to install it from the play store itself.

I was thinking that but then thought there must be a good reason why HTC doesn't include it in the GPE version, I'm sure it will end up being that it needs the Sense framework to work correctly.

No there won't be any problems. I have used HTC camera app in GPE Lollipop and it worked perfectly alright!

I've since tried this and although the Camera and Gallery work great it is still missing the functionality of the M8 camera app.
ie: Split capture, Crop Me In and Zoe

However this mod: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/themes-apps/flashable-zip-gpe-htc-sense-camera-t3085044 the version 7 seems to work fine, I've tried various mods of the camera and edits using the Photo Editor with no problems.
