[Q] Kitkat port

I'm Just wondering, If sony didn't release android kitkat for Xperia M / Xperia M dual.
Is is possible to port OFFICIAL kitkat by sony from Xperia M2?
There was once an experiment for Xperia 2011 devices to port jelly beans 4.1 but it didn't succeed because there wasn't a proper 3.x kerenl.

There is no major bugs, But it is not bug free.
I'm following the development thread and I see there are sound glitches / heating issue etc.
Still small bugs, but the point is: It won't work like the stock from sony (with sony features, experience, applications.)
Beside that, no working cm rom for Xperia m DUAL

is it possible to port sony xperia t2 or t3 rom on our redmi 1s???

Hey guys,
Is ist possible to port xperia t2 or t3 stock xperia UI rom on our device.
Both have same resolution (720 * 1280) and moreover same chipset (snapdragon 400)..
So, did anybody tried to port or thought about porting the xperia UI or is it possible to port so????
And if is it possible should i try porting that????

Here is the guide to port & build miui 7 for all devices - http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/guide-build-port-miui-rom-to-device-t3250984 . You can try OR just wait members in Xperia M FB group trying to build miui 7 for xperia M.

Xperia M lollipop update with Sony Official UI

Sir,
I'm glad if you can provide Xperia M lollipop update with Sony's official UI. I've gone through similar post and installed, but there are more bugs and they're not actually suitable for Xperia M, as they use UI of high end phones. It would be better if I could use Sony's lollipop UI from budget phone model for my Xperia M

No there is no such rom for xperia m but there are a few roms which can be lookalike of xperia like stryflex or enfriar... Try both.. These are the only ones out there for xperia m
Moreover if u are facing bugs and don't want that much install xperia theme and install using cm theme... It looks the original the boot animations too and you can use sony stock home and other apps port by ibanez and they will not cause many bugs like the roms have

Seems difficult if they haven't given the sources.
But at least you could try porting Miui with this tool:
