Changing shortcuts after longpress of the softkeys

As the title says, is there a way/mod/rom (in) which you can add or change shortcuts after longpressing one of the softkeys?
(I mean near the shortcut of google search as the picture show)

I'm running dirty unicorns rom and it has it by default I don't know how to do it manually though

I have dark mode on, tried sam tweaks.
Also somehow I cant force it into full screen.
I know the app is badly made, but the developer wont bother fixing this so I have to do it myself.
Also turning to fullscreen gestures is out of the question.

Question Remove navigation gesture animations

Is there any way to remove the navigation gestures animations, I've tried it in the accessibility ones but does not remove the animations. Also, is there any way to change the refresher to 90 Hertz? Would appreciate if it's possible without root, but rude method is referred. Thank you

Set all of the circled animation settings in Developer Options to "Animation off".
