Does anybody know where I can get a TWRP/MUltirom Flashable ROM for the LTE Nexus 7 ?
Why not download the factory image and flash it in bootloader?

Because he wants to flash it in multiROM.
Yeah, flashing it via fastboot means you loose your original installation. I would much rather "test drive" it under multirom.

The stock recovery has a new option since 4.1
Install from USB.
Is there any guide on how to use it?
You'll need a compatible otg cable, flash drive formatted to fat32, and a file called update.zip on the root of flash drive.

No. It's supposed to be how recovery was designed to be after 4.1, to install ota updates or even full roms (obviously not custom roms) i think. How are you packaging it? Don't tell me you grabbed official stock images tgz, converted it into a zip and are trying to flash that.
How about experimenting a bit? Search adb sideload.
EddyOS is right, of course. IMO, flashing stock with fastboot is the best way to a fresh start.

In the bootloader mode, flash to stock using fastboot command. You may use any stock image from here
Just make sure that you choose right version of your phone.

Bro, it works.... thank you very much..
I can't find anywhere on how to go from 4.3.1 to kitkat? I am running IOKP ROM. I was going to to download factory image from Google but it is a .tar file, I thought i could only flash zip files in recovery? Any help or step by step guide would be appreciated.

Unpack the tar files and flash the img files via fastboot

Is there anyway to do it without a PC?

Unfortunately no. You need a computer to run fastboot while it is plugged into your device.

if your bootloader is unlocked, your rooted, and you have a recovery, (TWRP) or CWM) why not just flash a 4.4.2 rom from the Nexus 7 LTE thread? theres a few to choose from. Just do a full wipe in recovery, flash the downloaded rom, and boom....4.4.2. easy like wezzy bro!
Need any help let me know.........

Yes. You'll have to use fastboot if you want to go back to TWRP though.
Aliright thanks !
Hi everyone,
I flashed pixel rom and my bootloader has changed to that of pixel with all the white and new icons.
Is there a way that i can revert back to the old black bootloader that came out of the box. I wish to come back to the old hence the new one doesn't seem to have access to the adb
Thanks,
Charles

Do a reboot and you are done.
How to go back to stock.. Please helppppp?? The new bootloader in this rom doesnot allow me to flash stock image. Help pleaseeee
Do you have fastboot working? If yes, simply flash sock ROM via fastboot: https://developers.google.com/android/images
If no, maybe flashing TOT can help you (I didn't test): https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-5x/help/req-help-to-unbrick-t3251740
