Harness the gpu of your phone
After the success of my Audio Engine, I decided to dedicate myself to improve another part of the phone: the graphics.
We all know that if something is beautiful intrigues us and draws us; therefore, if our phone can show the images we see every day in the best way, our user experience improves!!
Each phone has hardware limitations, large or small they are... but also in the low-end devices you can do so much in the SW to improve the user experience.
In what way?
Certainly the various engine tweaks help, but what would happen if the files are being developed that enable every millimeter of the potential of the gpu?
In this case there is the Pure™ Graphic HD system
How does it work?
This system is a. Zip file less than 300 Kb big, that once extracted brings significant improvements to the system graphics. No themes, no apps, only functions that take advantage of the best of our mobile gpu
Features
- Enable GPU rendernig
- Enable dithering but did not affect consumption!!
- Use the GPU for the management of the touch
- Improve video HW render
- It allows you to play ported ARMV7 games without lags problems
- Increase scores on the AnTuTu graphic rank
- In MDPI devices improves the density pixels and brightness
- Eliminates lag system with the generator of video entropy
- Liquify the UI

Compatibility
This Engine should works on any GB/ICS/JB (and I hope KK in future) roms of any devices

First of all, I'm really sorry to double post, I've posted this in Xperia section, but I really really need Blackstone users to help me out, thanks in advance.
Hi, I'm a student in Queensland University of Technology at Australia. I'm developing a Sudoku game for Windows Mobile 6 Professional with WVGA resolution, I have a SE Xperia X1 but I need your help!!!
This is my second attempt in developing Windows Mobile application, last time it was a big failure, but this time I've put a lot of effort in this application in order to make it very graphical appealing, use-able, and powerful, y'know this is very hard in WinMo platform, either it will crash or it will take too much memory/processes to run it.
I've used smallest amount of custom build controls to make this happen in qSudoku, I want to make it user friendly, finger friendly, apply the concept of "a screen full of content", and graphically appealing. So far I've only tested it myself and I want to know what do you guys think
Please go to Faculty Of Geek for more information about this application (or me )
Email ([email protected]) to me if you want to provide feedback or just anything
(Download links at the bottom)
Current features:
Four levels to choose from (easy, medium, hard, insane!).
Load and save.
Multiple numbers in one square.
Clear all numbers in one square at once.
Check numbers in all square. (that's where the red 'x' appears )
Hint
Show solution
Check answer (the 'All Done!' button)
It's full screen
In this version.....
Only 6 puzzles available.
No settings available.
New Game and Load Game buttons will take few seconds to respond (which is obviously not good).
Will expire on 15 May, 2009
Has no icon and sounds :-(
In future versions.....
Will improve memory management
Will provide option to turn off full screen
Will make the application more responsive
Will support more screen resolution
Will support non-touch screen device
Will make the hint not so 'obvious' (you'll know why once you play it

Here's some screenshot:
Looking all good but wrong section. This should be posted in the "Development and Hacking" section
Thanks for the info, I'll post one there, hope it's won't get deleted as I kept posting the same thing.
Hey everyone I get my note II in a few days and am going to start developing a rom. It will be touchwiz based its going to have optimizations and hopefully a working tablet dpi. If anyone has any suggestions let me know and I may be able to incorporate them into the room. Look forward to offering what I can to this community!

Current Im just going to stick with some optimizations and debloating. I can't do a whole lot with fixing errors by forcing it into tablet mode since I dont have a device to test it on. If any one wants to be a test please let me know (at your own risk that is). Shoot me a pm if interested.
Here what I have done so far if any one wants to test for bugs send me a pm and I will give you the link. I also might be avoiding tablet ui because of the bugs it causes with spen. For now I think I will stick with the 5x6 launcher which I kinda of like .
Extended Power Menu
Increased In Call Volume and Disable Camera Sounds
Build Prop Tweaks
GPU Rendering
Debloated!
5x6 Touchwiz Launcher
DSP Manager
Deodexed
Init.D Support
Ram Tweaks
Adobe Flash
Still Working on adding
15 toggles mod
Landscape mode
You tell me......
If anyone would like to create a boot animation or splash screen for me that would be awesome!!!!
Im on gtalk [email protected]. My pms wont send so Im having a hard time getting the link out to my two testers. If any one is available and wants to test hmu on gtalk.
Quantum Paper App Concepts
For those who don't know Quantum Paper is the rumoured new user interface which most likely will be seen in the upcoming version Android and on other platforms, for more information head over to Android Police. Additionally the newest leak of the Android 'L' release has shown that status bar will not have the gradient shade behind it, therefore all the concepts have been updated to match it.
Using the known information I decided to put together a few concepts for Apps based on the Quantum Paper design.

Keep in mind the Quantum Paper versions of these apps don't exist (at least yet), this is just a concept. However there is a guide thread on how to make your app have the Quantum Paper like UI.
If you'd like to see other Quantum Paper UI app concepts feel free to ask, there is a chance I could make it
reserved
Sounds like an interesting concept, I really have to admit I occassionally give a good look to other OSes' user interfaces too, sometimes even like them more. This seems to be an effort to help adjust that.
I personally don't mind seeing things improve, the UI is the part you see the most in Android so I could go with some cleaning-up anytime. I think we all remember how big of a change 4.4 was when it came out.
Added QuickPic, opinions always welcome! :good:

Are you in mind to make a flashable zip or theme?

I would love for that to happen however it isn't possible at this moment in time, this is just a graphical concept, a theme similar to it could be made, but I don't have the skills for doing so

We are very excited to announce the first beta of Paranoid Android Topaz, based on Android 13.
On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with beautiful wallpapers from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app from the PlayStore.
Our builds are based on the Code Linaro Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

Hello,
UDFPS is unusable on my 6T. I was able to add 4 fingers in Fingerprint Unlock section but no one from them is not working when i try unlock my phone. The light durin unlocking process is white. And I saw on other roms is mostly green. Can´t this be an issue? I saw in other discussion white color caused issues for the device.
Thanks
