Phone won't boot and can't use adb - One (M8) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I got unlocked, S-off and changed the CID to BS_US002 and flashed the latest available nandroid backup. It worked great until I went into TWRP recovery and selected "fix permission". The phone got stuck in a boot loop. I could still access it through adb, but then I made the mistake of thinking I could fix it through doing a factory reset. BIG MISTAKE. Now I can't access it with adb anymore. I can still get into bootloader and TWRP recovery, but when I restore the nandroid backup it still doesn't get past boot.
Any help please.

[Q] Cant boot into CMW Recovery

I tried something new and made a yaffs.img backup then tried to restore, my phone rebooted to bootloader screen but wont boot up and i cant get into my cmw recovery either...anybody got any ideas how to restore so i can boot up again? I have rebooted bootloader, factory reset, and even placed every ".img" i can think of in the root of my sdcard and still no luck any help would be greatly appreciated!
Have you flashed the RUU in hboot? If you can't get into recovery I guess you'd have to use a card reader to get it on your SD, but hopefully you can try that.

[Q] plz help to update to jb

I got jb update today. HTC_044
First I recovered my stock rom(rooted)
than flashed stock recovery from ( my friend shared it)
Than I relocked boot loader. Than I hit update button (ota).
than I found that it is not installing. It's rebooting. It's not going to recovery. Than I checked recovery, I found that its not installed ( I mean its not going to recovery- just rebooting when I hit reboot to recovery option in hboot.) Than I tried to unlock boot loader again using same unlock.bin file. But it fails. ( to reflash recovery)
So my question is why its not installing?
How to re unlock boot loader?
how to flash stock recovery?
First of all, you need to re-unlock your bootloader no matter what, so double check everything, then redo the the whole process. There is no way it wont work, so do it calmly.
Unlocking the bootloader means you will lose all your apps and stuff; hope you had a backup.
BTW: All you had to do was this; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26967480
Do you have the nandroid backup every guide always tell you to do?.. Then, re-unlock bootloader, flash clockworkmod recovery, restore your backup, *Use RootKeeper at this point*, flash stock recovery, update OTA and youre done;
..Then, reflash clockwork recovery, make a new backup, then at long last, you will be really done and ready for the future!!

[VZW Edition]Cannot get into Recovery Mode

When I try to get in custom recovery, it seems that its working(Entering recovery mode in splash) but then boots into fastboot. when stock, it doesnt.
Ive tried adb reboot bootloader, Flashify, TWRP Manager, and hboot method.
This happened after changing CID and MID to make this device to unlock LTE freq, but I rolled back it all...so i think this couldnt be an issue. Of course i've wiped data and cache, flashed Stock image, relock and unlock.
sorry for my bad english.

HTC one M9 won't boot.

I got an unlocked HTC one M9, (sim unlocked not bootloader unlocked), I unlocked my bootloader to prevent it from wiping my data later, installed TWRP, and installed superSU from TWRP and now my phone refuses to boot. I get the HTC logo, then it vibrates and dumps me back at the boot loader with...
reboot reason: 0x776655aa
message: RPM:APPS NS-WD!
I have absolutely no idea what is going on, I can't find reboot reasons anywhere and I'm stuck. Before doing the twrp and supersu install the phone booted to android just fine.
I used TWRP 2.8.7.2 and superSU 2.71
I have attempted to reflash the stock backup I took as soon as i got the device and it always causes the exact same error, I don't know what to do but I can't replace the phone.
Please any help is appreciated.

Ok, so I got the device to boot again by flashing only the boot partition and then wiping the cache before restart. But it returned to the exact same state when I tried to flash superSU again.
Am I using the wrong version of superSU? or should I not install it through TWRP?

HTC 10 Boot Loops After Trying To Root

I followed a tutorial on how to root the HTC 10 and I unlocked the bootloader but I had s-on, but I couldn't boot into the TWRP recovery they gave me so I got one from TWRP's website and that allowed me to boot to recovery just fine, then I backed up my system, and installed the supersu zip they gave me, I tapped reboot and then it got stuck in a boot loop, I booted into recovery and restored my backup, but that didn't fix it. So I went to wipe under TWRP and swiped to factory reset, but that still didn't fix it. I then restored my backup multiple times, but that didn't fix it. Please help me, I really screwed up my dad's $600 phone.
