LG G3 T-Mobile Stock Recovery

So I rooted my G3 and I flashed twrp with flashify so I could flash xposed ( did not flash a custom ROM, just xposed) I got an OTA update so I tried flashing my stock recovery using flashify but i just got an error and had to pull the battery to reboot. I know some of you will think its pointless to root and flash a custom recovery just to revert back to stock but can anybody help me get back my stock recovery so I can get the OTA update.
You need the flash whole stock ROM via FlashTool first.

Yes it is. You would need to find and flash back the stock recovery when flashing back to aa stock RUU.
If you didn't install any custom recovery and still have the stock one, you'll just need to relock bootloader and flash RUU. If there's any custom recovery, you'll need to flash the stock one first.

From bootloader you can flash the stock recovery.img via fastboot. The root is lost once you flash a stock rom, preferably via update.app in force update mode.
