If im not wrong, you might have come to XDA Redmi 1s section for the first time.
Everyone in this section knows that the RIL bug has been solved so many days before. Syhost builds have already been tested. Even armani-devs has released cm12.
So why are you so late to the party??
Before creating a new thread, you could have atleast searched...
I request the Moderators to please delete this thread.....
Android Developer preview is now released so will i get update when it available...
If Cyanogen OS is updated to Android M we Yureka users are sure to get it.
Apart from that I'm sure that the huge developer community that is supporting Yureka will surely come up with a stable version or close to stable version sometime later.
I don't think it will be supported officially, because after a long time Yu is going to release COS12.1, I highly doubt they'll maintain M. But what's interesting is that other roms like Blisspop, TipsyOS, Cyanidel, Resurrection Remix, Paranoid Android, etc, will be based on M once a better, more reliable/stable version of it comes out. So keep a watch out on yureka forums, it won't be long until M comes out for it!

Yes we will get android M at the period of Android N rolling out

As yu yureka is once a flagship phone of YU company we will definitely get android M for our YU devices
If not we shld flash it manually...
We can see cm13 branch for few devices on CyanogenMod's device trees but we will surely get SungSonic HD based on Android 6.0 for YU Yureka and YU Yureka PLUS by

1) first flash 09/11/2015 with slimGaaps (Link: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24269982086989483)
2) then install latest build and reboot with out wiping cache data
that is how i could install android m on my yu yureka plus with slimgaps

Now Yureka and yureka plus share same firmware u can flash latest custom rom, mods, kernel etc in both yureka and yureka plus but if u not satisfied u can download YU OFFICIAL FORUM app in play store u can find separate categories in app for all yu devices...
Yu yureka and yureka plus are very much similar
The difference between the two phones is a full HD display and an improved camera sensor and a reinforced body
In case of processor, RAM , internal storage ,etc both are same
It means you can use the same development mods such as custom ROM and recovery,etc on both devices
For development both yureka and yureka plus is equal
I suggest yureka plus because it gives a better camera,and display with a better durability

just download the yu forum app from playstore, u find lots of lots of stuff about yu yureka plus/ yu yureka
there are many custom rom and many mods
mostly all famous custom rom are available for yu yureka/yu yureka plus
i feel yu yureka/yu yureka plus is best for development and customization :good::good:

Hello Epic Odin, I know this post is kinda old but had found some interesting information about how to change this zte kitkat stock ROM to a Lollipop stock ROM of a different phone. They have a same chipset (mt8382 or mt6582, it's the same thing) so it might work as far as I have researched. If you ever want to check it out let me give you some information:

I was only able to flash a ROM with Android 4.4.2, because the only recovery I found for this tablet only works to flash ROM with Android 4.4.2
