I have two Meenova First Gen card readers. In one I have a Sandisk 128gb SDXC card and the other has a Sandisk Ultra 32gb SDHC both are Class 10 and I have no issues with read/write to either

can you connect the card reader to the Nexus 5 trough OTG?

It plugs right into the USB port of the Nexus 5. Some kernels have OTG capability; if yours doesn't, you can use the StickMount app to mount the reader.

That 64gb card you're looking at is not microSDHC. It is microSDXC. The SDHC (with the micro part included) only allows for up to 32gb in capacity by specification. If you see something larger labeled as a SDHC card, be weary about purchasing it.
This is not to say the Inc2 doesn't support larger capacities. The SD standard is pretty flexible. If HTC didn't cheap out too much it MIGHT be able to read a SDXC card at SDHC speeds (SDXC also has some speed updates in the specification). However, HTC says this thing uses microSDHC so it's probably a good bet that you should stick with SDHC cards.

Sandisk MicroSD EXTREME

Does anyone have to use the device Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini - Card Sandisk MicroSD EXTREME?
The fact that my answer came from a corporation that Sandisk EXTREME cards are not suitable for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini:
We have checked and found out that your device Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini phone is compatible with the card 64GB Ultra micro SD, but not with the card SanDisk 64GB 80MB / s UHS-1 Extreme micro SD, for which you asked.
There have been reports that some users had issues with power consumption when using certain 64GB microSD cards.
I'm not sure if the line of cards are those you have specified but I doubt the device will be able to hit 80MB/s anyway so you would be purchasing an over-speced card for the phone.
card
its not the 64gb card version but i am using the 32gb extreme by sandisk without any problems?
The users were fine with the 32 but had issues with the 64. Not sure what's up

I had problem with SanDisk microSDXC 64GB Class 10 UHS-I Ultra Android. I had to return this card to the shop and now I use Kingston microSDHC 32GB Class 10 without any problem.

SDHC already supports capacities up to 2TB, but Windows will not format a FAT32 device above 32GB so the decision was made to stop SDHC cards at 32GB and switch to SDXC which uses exFAT. If you don't care about exFAT and don't mind using a 3rd party format tool you can probably use SDXC cards in SDHC devices but this is only theory...officially this is not meant to be possible.

Basically the only time the 64 gb sdxc card would be in the pc (Win 7) would be to transfer any photos/video taken with the Tab s to the PC or vice versa wanting to transfer a photo/video from pc to the Tab S. All other times the Tab s would be the permanent home for the 64 gb sdxc card. I know I could do the transfer via usb but I'm not sure if it would be slower doing it that way.
It's a shame they never thought to make it compatible with USB 3.0.
