HELP not registered in the network !

I recently bought a Unlocked Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 with Stock android 4.1.2 . Everything was fine until i downloaded from sam.firmware the new
jellybean 4.3 update ...for the n7100 . Now i have 4.3 but i have no network ...i mean every thime i want to make a call it shows UNREGISTERED IN NETWORK . It was functioning perfectly before and now i dont know what to do. I even reinstaled recovery update and firmware with samsung kies and now it has the official vodafone romania 4.3 jellybean but nothing . I tryed other sims and same problem .
here are more detailes after the update finished and how the phone state is right now !

Hello everyone!
I have a N7100 that says in the download screen PRODUCT NAME:T889
I am not able to flash n7100 firmware but i can flash T-mobile firmware.
imei is null and service mode comes up blank there is no service on the phone in T-mobile rom.
everything was working fine before but noob me tried to do a custom rom 4.4.2 which worked but i had the same issue of no service.
Ive been on this forum for almost 3 days searching fr solution please help!

[Q] Question about Flash to stock N7100 Note 2 Stuck on Boot

Hi, I have a galaxy note 2 which was bought in Kuwait and was trying to rootearlo and stayed stuck in the logo of Note 2, but remember that version had no nothing, unique data that I have are:
SSN: -N7100GSMH, FCC ID: A3LGTN7100
I want to know if I can use any version of any country or operator that I can do?

[Q] Get back original rom samsung note II LTE

Hi developers,
Kindly accept my apology in advance if my question sounds stupid. I have Samsung galaxy Note II (N7105) with andriod jellybeans 4.3 (official) . I tried to install custom rom (DN3) but wasn't sucessfull. As there is no rom installed in my cell phone now, it is only showing the startup screen of note 2. Now I want to install back my original rom but dont know how to install again. I tried to download the firmware from the sammobile but i dont know the baseband version of my cell phone. I only knows its model number (i mentioned above) and this cell phone is manufactured in Vietnam and I purchased this phone in New Zealand. Kindly help me out. waiting for your prompt and positive reply.

Rom Applicable for Note 2

Hello.
can anyone please help me with my note2 problem.
1.the phone does not get ahead of the Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 logo.
2.Some of the repair guys tried flashing it but they were un-succesfull.
3.Now there is another warning if I try to hard reset which shows A Custom OS can cause critical problems.
My phone was purchased from UAE and hence the indian customer service center are not accepting my phone.

Did you confirm the model number in download mode? Did you try flashing a stock rom from sammobile.com?
