I cannot find the thread with the modded Google Play Store apk. Did it get deleted or am I just oblivious? If the thread does indeed still exist would someone be so kind as to link it here for me?
Thanks in advance.

OK! Well it appears the thread was found and posted for the OP....and to keep from more drama being posted.
Thread Closed and Thank You.
Hello XDA.
I Just wanted to start this thread for 4.3 info. I have looked online but info is vague. So maybe the community here can drop solid links or info for the big update. I did find an article that says the Note 2 and S3 are skipping 4.2. But no real time line. So does anyone else here know anything more? Sad this is a great phone...still sort of new...but has yet to get a real update.
Also. Search function on phone app kinda stinks. I did search for this topic first. Got every topic that even mentions 4.3 or t mobile note 2. Sorry if it is already posted here.
When a New XDA app update is made...here is an idea...a detailed search function.

hi, i am from israel and a friend of mine has an sgh-i747 and he has cm10.1 on his s3. he wants a touchwiz based rom on his device but im afraid it wont work in israel. i downloaded this: I747MVLDMF1_I747MOYBDMF1 from sammobile and it said it s unknown where its from
what if i install it on his device?
Best thing to do is go to xda developers forum and search for a rom. What carrier is the phone for?

I really wouldn't ask people RR randomly "what to do". I would ask a more specific question in the appropriate forum and wait for a reply. Even your message above isn't clear enough. You essentially want me to do the work figuring this out for you... Sry things on xda are obvious and easy if you can read and are smart. If not ... Don't do it. Have a nice day and good luck.

It sounds like what you downloaded is not going to be a rom you can flash through recovery. Only odin or what ever its called which most likely would return the phone back to how it was when the factory shipped it out.
I wouldnt flash anything that you dont know where it came from. Best thing to do is google the model number and find out if its an international version or a USA version and if there is a difference in the two. Then search the appropriate forums for a rom that he may like. Good luck and as always if you arent sure dont do it.
Ask Kevin glass forum moderator to move your thread to qa your in the wrong section

I used a simple apk called region lock away. 100% free and works awesome. Just need to be rooted. Ill post the APK in a bit. Just a heads up to all the XDA users

just noticed its $2.79
not bad for unlocking your phone.
wont post APK because that would be warez
help the dev. out :good:
only if you had used search
There is a "free" app if you looked in the description on GP, but I figured I'd show my appreciation and buy it.

I'm lazy and don't feel like searching so troll if you want. I've seen others post about this but no answer yet. On the latest version of civato's rom, it keeps saying I have no memory to install anything but I don't have that much installed. I've tried memory cleaners and everything I can think of. Still says to delete programs and if I want to install something new I have to delete another program. Ahhhhh!
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you

No idea what could help (beside the obvious reinstallation), but maybe adding the question in civz q&a thread would increase your chances - The Dev himself happens to be there:
