eXistenZ ROM use leaked JB (6.2.B.0.197) kernel.
Download the leaked JB ROM zip, extract it and you can find boot.img inside.

You cant flash deodexed rom through flashtool. Only stock FTF files can be flashed using flashtool. FTF files are not deodexed.
deodexed roms will be in Zip format and only flashable through CWM & TWRP.
Follow this for CWM flashable ROMs ( Deodexed)
Follow this for Stock FTF flashable using flashtool
