Verizon HTC One M8 stuck on fastboot! Help!! - One (M8) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Okay, here's the situation. I had the first version of the Skydragon 5.0 Lollipop ROM on my Verizon HTC One M8. I saw that there was a new version of Skydragon that had 5.0.1, so naturally, I wanted to update. I downloaded the ROM and flashed it through TWRP, which I already had installed. I rebooted, and the standard fastboot menu showed up without me pressing Volume Down and Power at the same time on my phone. I thought this was weird, because I didn't tell the pone to boot into any sort of menu, and the only options on the screen were HBOOT, RAMDUMP, REBOOT, REBOOT FASTBOOT, and POWER DOWN, as shown here:

}
I selected the "reboot" option. I got rebooted into the same menu. I then selected "reboot fastboot" and the same thing happened. I then selected "hboot" and for a split second all of the normal options, including "recovery", appears, but I am unable to move the selection. Then it shows that there is an update and it asks me if I want to start the update, as shown here:
If I press the Volume Up button to update, this is what is shown after about five seconds or so:
If I press the Volume Down button to not update, this is what's shown:
Any way I try to do it, whenever it asks me to reboot, I get stuck in exactly the same situation with the same options and the same limitations, and I'm at a loss for what to do here. Can anybody help me? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Did you try removing your SD card?

HELP! Brick? Never seen this screen before

Hi,
I bought Nexus 5x, downloaded tool for unlocking etc. I've been doing this many times before with other tools for previous Nexuses. Today something went wrong. I stuck on this screen and I cannot even get to recovery (I managed to install TWRP before). Tool cannot find my nexus and it cant be turned off and I cannot load fastboot or recovery. It shows this screen all the time. Do you have any clue what to do?

Did you try turning it on keeping vol down button pressed? If so you can enter bootloader, from there you can flash factory image. To turn it off, keep power button pressed till reboot, be fast pushing the vol down.

LG G3 problems installing TWRP

Device: LG G3 D8555
Android version: 5.0
I'm new to the rooting scene, but found magisk interesting so I wanted to try it out.
I had some issues rooting the phone, but finally got it working using "first method" of this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-root-method-lg-devices-t3129197
I then set out to install TWRP. I used this guide by xdadevelepors: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZYwxBdPHxA
1. Installed the D8555 version of TWRP as seen in the image below, from this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg...mp-unlock-lg-g3-twrp-d852-d852g-f400-t2900614 on to my phone

}
2. Installed flashify and selected the image recovery option. I chose the file from step 1.
3. Rebooted phone into recovery using quickboot, and was welcomed by a black screen and LEDs flashing red and blue. I tried going into the recovery manually by holding the power button and volume down button, then when logo appears releasing power button, and finally pressing the power button back in. This brought me the factory reset screen. I selected yes and confirmed , but this also brought me to the black screen with blue and red lights.
What am I doing wrong? Any help will be greatly appriciated.

I have similar problem in here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/one-m9/help/m9-issues-update-t3844249
Except that download mode does not reboot in circles but says this: (and my status is Locked)
maybe my problem is deeper and harder i think
Is there a custom recovery there? Have you tried to install one and see if it sticks?
If not, then the emmc might be dead.

Someone got this bad experience or problem ?
Edited : ShaDisNX255 Helped me solve my problem
"To force the phone off to download mode is gonna be a bit tricky.
Have your phone connected to the PC.
Then, press all 3 buttons (both volume and power buttons)
Immediately after you see the screen shut off, press both the volume keys only to boot to download mode
And flash stock from there"

HTC Desire 828 Stucked on Bootloader Screen For No Reason

I've got HTC Desire 828 Dual Sim A51BML and been using it for 5 years. I have never tried to root it or used custom rom on it. When I was updating some applications on Google Play Store, the phone suddenly shutted down and rebooted on "BOOTLOADER SCREEN". Since then, whenever i turn on my phone or charge the phone, it shows that white screen.

}
I tried to "BOOT TO DOWNLOAD MODE" and " BOOT TO RECOVERY MODE" options. However, when i choose these options, the phone vibrates and turns on and vibrates again and all I see is this white screen. Neither of them works and I cannot reach any screen else. At that point, all I want to do is unblocking, unbricking -I don't even know what it is called- the phone and flashing some kind of "TWRP" and flashing stock rom or any better custom rom.
I have done many researches to fix that problem but I could not find any solution. It feels weird to not being able to use Download or Recovery Modes. I cannot afford to buy another phone right now and need to solve the problem as soon as possible. I need your help.
Thanks
