Hi, well my lg g3 32gb running android 5, this happened before i updated, every time I bootup my phone, it does what its supposed to with the lg logo, and then suddenly after 10-20 seconds, a message pops up saying android is upgrading, followed by a black screen, loading up the home screen then the lock screen. I think its developping a fault. Its not rooted, used to be, but been unrooted since i updated to android 5
Anyone?

Hey all,
I've got my wife's galaxy note 2 here, and its doing something I've never seen in all the time I've been rooting and custom roming Android devices. Her battery is at 0%. When you plug it in, it will show the charging status while the device is powered off like normal, however, after about 5 seconds it will show the boot animation. No splash screen or anything. When it boots into system, the lock screen shows charging 0%. You can unlock, do anything, only it powers off after around 15 seconds, and starts the process all over again.
She has a missed text message, and everytime it boots, the OS thinks its a new message. So it shows 64 missed text messages, however when you open messaging, its the same one over and over. I can't boot into safe mode, nor can I boot into recovery. Usually you do the button combo, and when you see the splash screen you release power. There is no splash screen, it skips straight to boot animation. I've tried everything I know how, no download mode, no recovery, no safe mode.
Now you should know that this phone is no longer rooted or running a custom rom. It is running the latest OTA from AT&T. Knox re-enabled. Its been running smoothly for about 2 months now, and it just started about 2 hours ago. Tried 4 different chargers. What should I do? Is it time for a new device? My wife doesn't mind change, however she would prefer not to. She LOVES her note 2. Bought her a new phone, and we had to return it because she missed the Note.
Hi guys,
A friend of mine Samsung Galaxy Nexus is blocked in the boot sequence and I would like to help him out. The phone has (or at least had..) Paranoid installed, my friend doesn't know what it is or how it works, he just bought a secondhand phone on ebay and Paranoid was already installed.
Here is the problem: some days ago the phone restarted automatically after a sort of crash, so my friend entered in the bootloader screen (using the 3 combo buttons) and did a reset or restore idk, removing all the data on the phone. When the phone restarted it could not connect to the provider (no call and no messages allowed), so my friend downloaded whatsapp using wifi. During the log in it is like if the battery dropped and the phone turned off.
Since that moment if you try to turn on the phone it starts but blocks after few seconds on the "Google screen", the one with black background and the text Google in the middle of the screen (it doesn't reach the screen with the google symbol spinning around) and it remains there eternally. I tried to enter in the bootloader screen but the only option available is "Start", and obviously if I select it the phone restarts and blocks again on the same google boot screen. In my opinion probably Paranoid is damaged or has been removed, so there is no OS to start.
Does anyone has an idea/suggestion/guide on how can I make the phone working again? It would be great to be able to install again an official Android release (kitkat, jelly bean or something like that), but the priority is obviously to repair the phone!
Thank you in advance!

This has happened a couple of times. I have the wifi flo Nexus 7 which is unlocked running stock. I got the 5.0 update a while ago and it started getting stuck at the google screen every once in a while. After being stuck at the screen for 10 to 15 minutes, the device would boot up OK. This happened around every 2 weeks or so but it would always boot up eventually. Last week I got the 5.0.2 update and this morning my nexus froze at the google screen. But, it never continued to boot up. I was in a permanent google screen freeze. I couldn't get to recovery. I tried wugfresh and eventually I got to the prone android with the exclamation point. I don't know what I did but all of a sudden it booted up.
Can anyone clue me in as to what is happening. It seems to be lollipop. Any thoughts?
Hi, so a week ago I had this weird problem with my phone. It would just freeze for like 2 minutes, work again for a minute and so on.
Did a hard reset, same problem.
Flashed that 6.0 KDZ, no success. The phone started but I was basically stuck at the lock screen, touchscreen was unresponsive, power menu kept showing up for no reason... couldn't even turn the phone off.
After that, I decided to stop ****ing around with it and send it to a repair store (no warranty). Today, after about 5 days, I picked it up and was told that they tried a ton of ROMs but they have no idea what's wrong with it.
Got home, ran a hard reset again and now I can't even get to the lock screen, phone is basically in a boot loop. LG logo shows up, the "Android is starting... Optimising apps" screen does its thing, restarts and keeps going like this forever.
Is there anything I can do or should I just throw the phone in the garbage and get another one? Any suggestion is appreciated, thanks!
Hi,
Same issue for 2 days...
My G3 was suddently slow and unresponsive so I removed the battery.
I put it back again, as usual, and start the phone. But it get stuck at the LG logo.
Sometimes the animated LG logo shows up, sometimes not.
Sometimes it displays the PIN screen (unresponsive or not), sometimes not.
Sometimes it boots totaly normaly (1% of time) and become unresponsive/buggy after a couple of minutes.
I tried flashing kdz (normal and CSE) 10 times, factory reset, change battery, without success...
Good luck.
So i had a custom rom on my LG G3 and the second day after flashing that from my phone was hit with the scree fade and flickering problems ( did not know that at the time). So my dad and I assumed it was because of the rom. My dad tried some stuff but since it was not software related it did not work so we abandoned it in a box and I bought the G6 . A couple of weeks ago it came time for my G6 to go in the box, when I did that I pulled out the old G3 and opened it up to play with it, but after a quick google search and some tin foil i managed to fix the screen at least for now.
The problem I have is when I boot the phone it loads all the way to like the lg welcome page for the first setup ( I guess my dad got the stock os back when we were trying to figure what was wrong with it ) and I get the "Unfortunately, LDB has stopped working," if i press ok it just instantly pops up again, and after a couple of seconds LG logo pops up and a quick boot animation and it goes back to that page and error message.
Any ideas ?
