Hello Sir,
i have installed liquidsmooth lollipop 5.0 on Samsung sgh i747 but there are some problems in camera does not work so i want to change it but i don't want the custom rom.. I want the original one but unable to find it every link goes to some custom rom & i dont want them...i want the original one.........can i change the cynogenmod recovery to stock recovery.........
Reverting to stock recovery will not fix the camera problem.
What bootloader is on your phone? Don't flash anything until you confirm this because flashing the wrong ROM could brick your phone.

You'll have to be a bit more precise, what device do you have exactly? What bootloaders? And what was your exact flashing process?
Like Audit mentioned, it's not a recovery problem. Most likely flashed something that wasn't for your device or your device wasn't updated for (like bootloaders) but could also just be a problem with the ROM or a dirty flash.

Are you wanting a stock rom and stock recovery? Or, just the stock (original) recovery?
What you do depends on your answer to Audit13's question about your current bootloader and modem.
Lollipop ROMs as a group have had camera and video issues. Some third party camera apps have been working for two months. Following some CyanogenMod threads has had the stock camera intermittently working and then not working on subsequent updates for the past several weeks. Yesterday I read that the source of the problem was found in AOSP code. Supposedly camera issues will be fixed with the next update.
Hello all,
I need help,
I flashed my origianl rom without backup using TWRP ...... i tried a 4.4.4 modified rom, cm11 and another lollipop modified rom
They are all giving problems, slower and overall worse than the original rom
could you please direct me to a tutorial to install the latest original note 2 rom please ?
I didnt change the kernel, it should be the old original one
phone is currently rooted (i used auto root)
And the bootloader/recovery is TWRP from TEAM WIN.
How do i go back to the latest original note 2 rom pelase ??? thank you very much in advance! :fingers-crossed::good:
edit:
going a bit off topic here but if anyone would know any of this 2 you d make me happy
1. what are the fastet lollipop custom ROMs? i like the interface but it tends to be slow ...
2. I miss the s Pen visual feedback dot on screen when i moved the pen nearby the screen in the original rom, do you know how to get that feature back please?
Didn't you do systembackup either with twrp? maybe you can get stockrom back that way.
maybe you can try cm12.1 it works ok for me (about 30% for me now)

Hello all, i wanted to ask, do i need to update my Firmware if im on Custom ROM? Currently im on Pixel Experience, i've read it somewhere that upgrading the firmware can help to fix some of the bugs, and right now i got some bugs with powet management (sometimes device lock itself). I've tried all other pie custom rom and all has this issue, except when i go back to MIUI 10.0.2.0 which is the latest miui rom i use before using custom rom, the bug is not there..
If the answer is yes, can someone tell me where i can get the firmware and how update it? Sorry i kinda newb about this, any help will be appreciated, thank you.

If you flash an officially released stock rom for your region and device/model, everything should work.
If not, try to claim warranty and ask for manufacturer/provider/seller support.
If it's an older device without any warranty, you may have to decide between using an old firmware for a working phone, or buying a new device.

Hello, I had this same error on my J610F. I took off my battery then put it back and it worked. I think this error occured when flashing rom. You didn't change back into rom before flashing rom ****
