[ROM][UPDATE][4.1.2] MIUIv5 Port for the Inc2 CM-Based

UPDATE: Thanks to a few people who spotted a port by a certain @[email protected], we have a fully? working MIUIv5 rom for the masses.

Remember this rom is pretty broken. Settings crash when you go to about device.
SD card won't mount for some odd reason maybe someone can find the problem.
Wifi does work, it should have all the problems Chilly's 4.1.2 roms have.
Themes for MIUI won't work yet as i haven't edited the Update-Script yet. I don't know if ROOT works either, probably does.
Camera does work and over all you can find that its pretty much the MIUIv5 launcher over it if you use Trebuchet, at least thats what i think.
Flash this for ****s and giggles and i'll see if i get to work on it later, or if someone wants to help me on this, though i really wish this was Sense based, but no point since we have MIUIv4 from kham and all we need is the OC kernel that should be coming any time soon today or tomorrow or this week lol.

I flashed it and it doesn't have GSM. Also, it boots but after the setup black screen and miui logo only. Really broken...

I see a vareity of places that seem to be a Download choice, but clicking on any of them does nothing.

TESTING: well it boots, no errors, wifi works, but it doesent seem to have hardware acceleration, and i can't install the bteam kernel..
EDIT: ok well it does at the homescreen, but the setup is damn slow.
it seems to be running in a hacked gingerbread kernel so we have that,
.and it does not connect to my wifi.
sd card works fine, videos work fine.
main problem is wifi for me

Can we find a language pack? After selecting English, there are so many things stays in chinese.
And camera flash is not working.
(For GSM users: adb trick is not working, so no GSM)

Finally I have finished my work on AOSP4.4.2 for LG G pro, and in few days ago I fixed the camera too. My phone is LG-e988( the HongKong version), and I think this ROM can be also flashed on e980.
Build from latest AOSP's codes, totally clean and Google's style.

Headphones don't work while in call
Electronic compass doesn't work

e988 can flash it by loki_flash immediately, but e980 need use its own aboot.img to change recovery.img to recovery.lok, I don't have e980's aboot.img. So, sorry!

You can still apply small tinkering without losing the feel of AOSP. Advanced power menu, toggles etc

I can appreciate that I just wish that advanced power menu, toggles, torch and hold back to kill were compulsory in AOSP. These things are so necessary for most users. Happy new year all!

Download freegee from the market and flash the latest TWRP and try again. If freegee didn't automatically reboot into recovery after download then do it manually. Which model do you have

This ROM's updater-script assert device name is geefhd, you can delete the assert code in ROM zip.

Then use CM11 or get GravityBox for KK from Xposed. You seem to missing the point to this kind of ROM.

Its 4.2.1 but its buttery smooth. Try and report back.
PS: v2 coming up soon.. Zipaligned all apks. De-Odexed and Rooted Now.

Hi again, I have tested the rom and it works really well. The multi window works seamless as well. Just a couple of concerns. The proximity sensor does not work. Putting the phone to the ear does not turn off the screen. And there are so many unwanted things in the settings menu. I know its a Note 3 clone but no point in those options if they r of no use. Pls try and remove them. Still testing and i will report back if there r any other problems. Thanks for the rom

i never said it's my Rom and i don't care . i share it here because downloading from the Chinese forum is very hard without account for everyone , even if you able to download it , it's very slow server .if you can do this for us , i will be very thankful .
