I believe that is a stock s2 rom
Would flashing a Verizon samsung s3 with a Boost Samsung s3's firmware mimic as if it were on a a Boost network?? At least in theory.
has anyone been able to get this rom? I will pay $25 for the rom. or a way to debrand sprint from the phone including the startup animation and name at the bottom of the screen when you swipe it. My phone is working 100% but I can not return it to the store with the phone showing sprint.
ANY help would me awesome.
Did you make a nandroid backup after you rooted your phone, before you flashed anything else? If so, you can boot into recovery and restore it. If not..idk.
If you get really desperate, maybe you can change your boot animation. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1897969 I haven't done it myself, but I will definitely be doing it later!
Don't know what you can do about your lock screen.
Titanium backup will let you delete any sprint zone/sprint id apps...and triangle away will reset your flash count to 0 if you need it.
Hope this was at least mildly helpful.
somone got it working? http://androidforums.com/boost-mobile-galaxy-s3-all-things-root/742012-back-stock-4-1-2-a.html
its not really the stock rom but if anyone has found one please let me know...
why does the boost mobile s3 not have a section on here? and how do we change that?
Ok folks, here's my request. I'm so close to getting a zip ROM for the Boost variant, but I need a few things. Could someone contact me either on here or in PM and provide a copy of the Boost boot animation files and the build prop from a Boost S3, not one from another carrier that's been flashed to Boost. I got a zip to boot today, but it bootlooped. Not because of these files, but if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it right, and the backup I'm using to make the zip is Boost, but the build.prop says d2vmu, and I want to make sure I'm using the right one. Thanks in advance everyone. Let me know!
Here is my build.prop from Boost GS3 d2vmu

Does anybody have a stock build.prop for the Rogers D852 that they'd be willing to share? Due to a noob mistake I'm not particularly proud of, my build.prop got truncated and I'd like to just repair the file, as opposed to recovering the phone.
My phone's still operating fine, so I think I can just move the repaired build.prop file to its proper place, fix the permissions and be on my way? If I'm wrong, any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you for your help!
Anybody...?
Anyone know how? Alternatively anyone want to give me a system dump for the ZE551ML 4GB? Would like to start on development even though I don't have mine yet
thanks in advance.
First off I apologize if this is in another thread, I genuinely searched for the information before posting
Right now I have the GS3 on VM model L710VPUCNJ3. I am running CM12.1 (LP 5.1.1 ) and need to return to stock for insurance claim and repair of the phone. I downloaded L710VPUDNJ2 tar due to the fact I was told my CMW backup was incomplete http://imgur.com/v1vgGPJ compressed into image.zip file If someone could please confirm this recovery would not work to return to stock?
My other question the big one, I read somewhere that I can't find now that to go from 5.1.1 to 4.4.2 I would need to do some type of system format due to some file structure changes? Is this correct if so what option in CMW needs to be done to make this functional? Please any info to help
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
