Pairing Moto 360 with 2nd Phone

My moto 360 have paired with my 1st phone( Samsung S5) and installed with android wear apps. Just got the Samsung Note 4 (2nd phone), will I need to reset the moto 360 to pair with Note 4 and install android wear apps? If yes, any changes needed on the 1st phone when pair with it?

If you have one watch and multiple phones or tablets:
You can’t pair one watch with multiple phones or tablets at the same time.
You can switch which phone or tablet your watch is paired with, but you need to reset your watch to factory settings first. Then you can pair your watch to the new phone or tablet.

I´m about to get a Moto 360, and I would like to know if someone uses it with the G Pro, and how is the overall experience
Which rom is the best to use with Android Wear? Any comments/ advice will be well recieved.

You can use any rom with it. The minimumu is android 4.3

Moto 360 or Alcatel smart watch(iphone6)

Just need some advice guys, moto 360 using iPhone 6 or Alcatel smart watch.
I have a galaxy s4 mini for work use and the iPhone 6 is my personal phone
Ghe Alcatel will work great with iOS but the Moto just looks better and will have more app use for fitness.
Any input is appreciated.

yes but also iOS comparable to a certain degree, and so is the Alcatel.
It's not a trick question, just looking for an opinion for daily smart watch users.

Dear Experts,
I would like to know, if I am able to pair my Moto 360 (2nd Gen) with an Android mobile and Iphone 6s Plus mobile without the need to reset factory settings?
As I have customized my watch on android mobile but my daily mobile phone is Iphone 6s Plus.
Please help as I can't get my iphone to pair with the watch after pairing with android.

I have it in the US and I am on T-Mobile. Regardless of what you hear I can tell you Voice over LTE does not work. Don't know if this helps you but just wanted to let you know.
