My Nexus 7 with Android L
Stock ROM
Elemental X Kernel
Overclocked to 2.0 GHZ Max, 1.24 GHZ min.
Performance governors using SIO i/o
Quadrant benchmarked - 9218
Your best Quadrant benchmark? I wanna know. I'm pretty new to this.
Quadrant is over two years old and is pretty much a useless benchmark.

Dear Guys,
Post here Only scores with Overclocked Kernel that allows the GPU to run 520 MHZ instead of the stock 416.
Answer the follwoing Questions:
1 what benchmark program did you use?
2 what is the score:
3 how-much % gain did you have compared with standard kernel.
Example:
program: Nenamark
Score: 60 FPS. ...
Keep it on-topic please. Only scores of overclocked Phones. And screen shots are always welcome.
And your results were?

Hey!
Let's play a little game.
First, answer the poll.
Second, screenshot your Antutu benchmark score and post.
Third, mention your rom, i/o scheduler, governer and other things you would like to mention.
Let's find out what rom gives the best Antutu benchmark score for HTC Wildfire S.
My rom is EQDKP Sense 3.5 by m1ndh4x3r. My I/O scheduler is deadline and my CPU Governor when tested was performance.
My score is 3556.
What's yours?

Is there any Antutu benchmark reference with all scoresheets comparision for latest gadgets ?
Hey everyone,
Was just wondering, what is your Maximum overclock on your Note II. At what voltage?
1.8GHz for daily usage at 1250mv
[email protected]
Latest antutu 22570.

Don't actually overclock, don't really need it so far
Overclocking Benefits
Wow, 1.86 GHz. Great. Nice low voltage too!
I run at 1.92 GHz, 1350 mV (Sometimes I can get 1325 mV, but I overclocked the GPU. It seems if the GPU is faster the processor needs more voltage?)
Latest Antutu Score: 25545, beating the stock S IV

Don't you undervolt all CPU clocks from 200Mhz to 1900Mhz?

Yep! All clocks are undervolted, each step decrease 25 mV from previous. I found this to give best benchmark and stability!
If you know of any clocks I can decrease further, please share.
Also, does anybody know if 2000 MHz is possible? I heard overclocking should be between 10-20% increase otherwise the CPU could malfunction (device freeze, SOD, ect) Now, 1600 MHz + 20% = 1920 MHz so I don't think any higher is possible.... But anything is possible on XDA/Android!
Tried your setting hitman but best antutu I could get was 23049.

Ok. What ROM are you using? I'm running CM 10.2
Also, governor to Pegasusq. I customised that to give best performance I can get.
And, what kernel are you using? I'm using Devil Kernel 0.35 or something (the latest devil kernel)
Use TricksterMod to overlook GPU to 800 MHz, you'll need extra volts.
Download all in one toolbox from Play, or Clean Master. Run this before running Antutu
Using TricksterMod, make sure CPU temp is below 30 Degrees Celsius.
My Quadrant Score on my Nexus 7 (LTE) is compared to my HTC One very low. I'm getting 7360 points.
With my HTC One the Score is about 12900 with same CPU/GPU clock and Voltages.
CPU clock speed: 2,1 GHzGPU clock speed: 487 MHz
Has anyone an explanation why the score is so bad? (and yes I know, benchmarks do not say anything )
And is there any Kernel that gives better performance and faster InGame loading?
Currently I'm using the latest faux123 kernel in combination with PACman ROM which runs quite stable
Quadrant scores always sucks on stock Google roms, antutu is Better but not perfect.. ..
Other company's optimize their software to this stupid benchmarks , not google ..
But from what I saw AOKP gives a nice score with antutu - around 23500, bit quadrant is an old and not very good benchmark .
Okay my antutu score is 24217, I've done everything, what was possible with faux kernel and PACman ROM, a fully overclocked Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 with TouchWiz X-Note ROM is getting around 22000 and with an HTC One everything maxed out in the Kernel-settings i'll get incredible 29233 Points with ViperOne Sense ROM.
The Nexus 7 is a really great tablet and I know I could get more out of it, but I shouldn't measure the device with stupid benchmarks
i agree quadrants a bit crappy with stock get between 4-5k
while a stock aosp rom get 7-8k with a few tweaks
Hi,
I got this tablet a few days ago and so far I am quite happy with it. Im using CM11 with ElamentalX's kernel.
I know the Nexus 7 2013 has an S4 Pro, or basicly a Snapdragon 600 (APQ8064T) but underclocked.
My mobile has a Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926)
So shouldn't the Tablet's CPU be more powerful?
My Phone scores much better in Quadrant than my Nexus 7 in the CPU area. I know its only a benchmark etc but it still confuses me a little.
Is it just a case of the ARM Cortex A-7 Cores in my phone @1.2Ghz are newer and better than the Krait 300 cores in the Nexus 7?
I have overclocked the CPU in my Nexus 7 to see how it affects performance and while a 2.1Ghz OC seems stable it still can not catch up to the Snapdragon 400 in my phone.

Trust me, benchmarks are just a bunch of scores that DOES NOT represent the smoothness/ real performance of a phone. Even if your phone scores higher, do not worry. Some device manufacturers find loopholes in benchmarks to increase their score.
Also sometimes, the performance also depends upon optimisation of the ROM.
I am using 1.3ghz underclocked with ElementalX. Trust me, my nexus works liquid smooth on latest CM 11 snapshot with that settings.
I would not say that benchmarks DO NOT MATTER AT ALL, however, they do show some of capacities of a phone hardware. However, software implementation is also very important. In a nutcase, you should not worry about benchmarks as simple as that.
Hnk1 says it all, why do you even care about benchmarks?? You want to confuse yourself for fun?
