I had installed the CM11 Badadroid Rom and wanted to change to Omni Rom by volk204.
I think my mistake was that I flashed first the Bootloader using Multiloader and than only the "start" kernel and FOTA using Mutliloader.
Now I only can access the Team Win Recovery Project. When I try to install the ROM, i get this message:
bilder- upload.eu/show.php?file=11263c-1419277344.jpg
(please delete spaces cant post links :/ )

Are you sure you made the step where you have to type "sh partition.sh" ? And "Partition have been prepared" shown ?
If yes, you can try to flash a full bada 2 and then do the procedure to install omni again, should work. (Download mode should still be available)
Else, do it and try again.
thx, BenzoX for your answer.
Yes, I did use sh partition.sh :/ I would like to flash bada, but I dont know how without using MultiLoader, because I cant get to the Download Mode(maybe I just cant find it).
I found somone with the same problem in the main thread:

i was having the same problem , here what worked for me ,
i used the second method and copied the rom to twrp folder and flash it
look at at description in the first page
Advanced -> Terminal Command -> Select -> Type "sh partition.sh"
- wait before on screen you will see "Partitions had been prepared"
- Back -> Back -> Back -> Reboot -> Recovery -> Swipe to Reboot
- and again Reboot -> Recovery -> Swipe to Reboot
- Mount -> Enable MTP (if you see disable MTP - it is already activated) on this step PC can ask to install driver, use Android MTP driver
- Copy Zip with ROM to TWRP folder on Internal Storage(MTP mode is still buggy in TWRP and it is impossible to copy zip files to root of storages)
- Install -> choose zip with rom -> Swipe to install -> wait for flashing -> Reboot system
- Now you can remove zip with rom from internal Storage

I always tried the SD version because I couldnt copy to internal storage. Now I would like to try the "TWRP folder"- trick, but the folder is missing....

Well, you should be able to boot to multiloader using volume down + lock
If it doesn't work, try a lot of combinations, there is at least one that should work
If you have adb, you could try to sideload, but look like it's a partition problem (unable to mount system message)

Yes, I have my Download mode back, thx a lot
So I tried it again:
first flashed TurkoCFW -> phone works again with bada
and than I flashed Omni again and tried the internal storage version + TWRP folder
but when I try to install it, I get again:
Unable to mount "/system"
the fifth time I tried it actually worked

Hi guys,
I recently tried to install a ROM on my HTC Desire.
Everything was OK (Root + Radio + Rom Froyo 1.0) then I did some (really) stupid thing (don't ask why) such as wipe and format pretty much everything (data, cache, system, boot) from the recovery mode.
Anyway, here is the point :
- Modele : HBOOT0.80.0000
- My phone only reboot in Fastboot or Bootloader Mode
- I have access to the Recovery Mode
- I can't access to my SDcard (so I cannot upload any zip file on it and even though I can using anothetr device to read the SDcard, I cannot "mount" it so it is impossible to launch or flash a Rom file from the phone). > Sorry if that's not clear, I'm french, so.... pardon my french
- I don' have any backup
So, my question is: How can I restart from zero?
I mean, is there a way to reinstall everything like it was before and make my phone work?
Thank you for your help guys!
try to use unrevoked3 flash AdvancedRecovery and boot in recovery... then go to the partition menue and choose mount "storage" now you have acess to the sd card at the computer.
A **** my fault...unrevoked wants the device to be boot up..... hmmmm
Grab a stock ROM, rename to update.zip, drop on SD and pray to God that is can read it
failing that try a spare SD
@seti1337 > Well tried anyway
@DanTehManUK > A Stock ROM ? Is it RUU_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126984_signed.exe ?
So, should I rename the .exe in updat.zip ? (weired )
EDIT : I found : PB99IMG_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126984_signed.zip, is that ok ?
Anyway, every time I try to access the SD from my phone (flash zip or mount SD etc.) I hace an error :
--> Error mounting SDCARD : !
E: can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0 (or/dev/block/mmcblk0p1)
(no such file or directory)

Hi. I had the same problem. I google and found this thread: android.modaco.com/content/htc-desire-desire-modaco-com/309939/usb-brick-rickrolled-b0rked-fixed/ This worked for me.
Thx, I'll try that.
Did you do the first step (r5 rooting guide) ? If yes, wich file did you download ? (I'm not sure to have a ROM installed now)
Also, should I do the Gold card too ?
Ok, id made it !
Everything is fine... or almost
Then I install the Root + Radio Rom + Froyo 1.0 > OK
Theb I tried to add a rom (to see the % in the batterie) from ROM Manager and now my Phone keep rebooting on the HTC Quietly brilliant screen .
I tried to wipe data / cache and sd-ext but it doesn't work.
Hi!
I lend my HTC one X to my friend that said that he would boost my phone up to KitKat 4.4.4. But he returned it completely blank. I am pretty sure he erased the whole system.
When I start the device it stops at the HTC logo. I am able to enter the bootloader and it says "Unlocked". When I enter "Recovery" the device loads a grey screen with a couple of options. The main title is "ClockworkMod Recovery v6.0.4.8".
When I connect my phone to the PC it shows the device ( H: ).
Please help, how do I restore my phone? I don't care if it is rooted or not. I just want it to work again.
Kind regards,
Alexander
you can restore your phone either by nandroid backup or by flashing a custom rom..

I am not so good at this. Did I not have to have made a backup in nandroid before things got out of hand? The storage seems to be totally deleted. How do I put in an OS again?
I tried to use adb but I might have done it wrong because my PC says that there are no devices found. Are you able to help me?

aaah, okey.
How do I transfer nandroid to my phone? I'm unable to connect my phone to my PC, it makes the sound that the PC found my phone but it does not pop up anymore. Tried to search on google and when I looked in sdcard/clockworkmod/ the folder is empty.
Do you have a guide on how to use this? I do not know if it is possible but i am afraid that my friend has erased all data.

Follow the steps
-Download latest cyanogenmod nightly(endeavoru) from their website.
-Extract boot.img from the zip.
-Download latest Gapps. Google PA gapps and download the gapps which suits you, from the xda thread.
-Download ONEXROOT.zip from http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/HTCOneX/root
-Extract the zip, name it as 'onexroot' and copy the extracted boot.img to the folder.
-Power phone in fastboot mode.
-While in the onexroot folder, press shift key and right click, open command terminal here.
-type 'fastboot flash boot boot.img'
-Go to cwm recovery and mount your internal storage.
-Copy the cyanogenmod and gapps zip in internal storage
-Install/Flash the cyanogenmod and gapps zip.
-Reboot phone. Kitkat instaled.

Thank you for a good guide but I got stuck on 'Go to cwm recovery and mount your internal storage'
What I have available in the main menu (IMG_1) is 'mounts and storage'. When I select that I have the options from IMG_2 and IMG_3. If i Choose mount USB storage the device shows IMG_4 but nothing happens.
Am I doing it wrong? The only thing that happens is when I connect my device to the computer, it makes the sound as if it was found.
Try flashing this recovery. http://d-h.st/nmh
Download the image and put it in the onexroot folder.
In fastboot mode, type fastboot flash recovery <name-of-recovery/file>.img
Did this because the cwm mount never worked for me too :/

Hello everybody,
Here my problem :
I tried to install a custom rom, I failed. Now, my smartphone stay on the Asus logo screen. I tried to follow this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/guide-to-apply-ota-bootloop-rooted-zf2-t3127835 - to fix the problem, but when I connect phone and laptop, adb doesn't find the device.
If I continue and go in recovery mode (using TWRP), laptop can access the phone (I can see internal memory but not external).
And if I try the ADB sideload, there is no device again...
It's the first step, I don't see any other way to unbrick the phone...
Thanks in advance
http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/guide-brick-soft-hard-bricked-zenfone-2-t3284256 be lucky your phone is recognized
Hello,
Frist, thank you for your answer. I had already tried this way but nothing. Finally, I fixed the problems (detect phone and unbrick phone).
1-In TWRP, I loaded recovery.img, boot.img and droidboot.img. Reboot in recovery mod, but I had the dead droid... so I pushed on power and volume up till I have a new screen.
2-In this part, I did a Wipe/Factory reset (useless I think), reboot in recovery mode (still dead droid). This time I selected the line "update with adb" (with an ASUS firmware). Then I had a message who told me update adb sideload. I did it and it installed the firmware. The smartphone reboot correctly.
Now, I have the same problem I had yesterday. In TWRP, my external storage isn't detected...
you use stock recovery or custom recovery, if you use stock recovery external-storage won't detected
Hello,
Thank you Bar4, I explained above how I fixed my problems. Now I'm searching a way to make TWRP (TWRP 3.0) detect my external storage to install Cyanogenmod 13.0. If it's really not possible, I would try with CWM (I have seen it in your screen).
Edit : I guess custom, TWRP. It's why I don't understand why it doesn't allow me to mount SD card or doesn't detect this same SD Card.

i use twrp 3.0 too, but external sd detected. no need to put on external storage, you can flash Cm 13 through internal storage
if you want to install custom rom it's better if you make a backup first, so if happen you failed when installing new rom or maybe you don't like it (new rom) you can go back to stock rom through TWRP restore
Ok, failed again...
Try a different rom or redownload the rom it might have been a bad download.
The error message says there is no updater script in the zip meaning it can't install anything as the updater script tells what directories to install the files if I seen it correctly that is.

maybe the CM 13 zip file you have download corrupted, try to re-download and re-flash it again. if still failed try another rom
( i'm using AICP Rom "based on CM 13 too") try it, it's awesome Rom ---> do clean install wipe all except internal storage and external storage

Hi,
Sorry for this late answer. As I failed to install those roms (CM13, Bliss), I'm going to stop here and wait for the Marsmallow update. But I'm happy my phone isn't brik anymore.
Thank you all.
Hi guys, I was trying to install latest beta. Formatted my OS with latest F2FS storage and wiped everything. But my MTP option in recovery is not getting enabled so am not able to copy data to internal Storage. So how can I install OS on it. I have all the zip files , recoveries but since am not able to copy, I am left with recovery only. Any ideas how to install OS.
Use adb side load .. you can find it under advanced ..

I have the same problem. I'm stuck in TWRP. I tried to flash the Open Beta zip file using TWRP, but it's not installing. Same with ADB sideload, it says it installedm but every time i reboot to system it goes back to TWRP.
Edit: I flashed twrp-3.0.2-22-oneplus3, format storage, flashed Oxygen OS CB Beta 7 and my phone is working again. I'll probably stick with Beta 7 for now.

Hello everyone,
I recently did upgrade my phones OS from 1.2.x to 2.1.5i (ColorOS) via flash, not OTA.
Afterwards I rooted it using TWRP & SuperSu.
I did return to Stock Recovery (community. oppo. com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=17397&extra= (Sorry, I can't post links yet, you have to remove the spaces between community oppo and com)).
My problem now is, that I want to use the "Switch Partition" option, to unify my phone storage, but everytime I try the phone does only boot into recovery, as I had a custom recovery.
Do I need a newer Stock Recovery Version? And where/how can I update it?
Or is it possible to unify the storage manually and continue using ColorOS?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Carroll
Probably you need a newer version. Try this.
Sorry for the late reply.
I did already try this - it didn't help.
I will flash the 4_4 recovery manually now.
Thank you
It seems to work.
Strange, I had to update the recovery via fastboot, when I tried to use the System Update tool it didn't work - although the phone told me so.
It worked.
Another strange thing: The gApps didn't get installed (only Settings & Photos). So now I'm sitting on a phone without any browser

Perhaps you could flash TWRP again and try to flash open gapps pico, but I'm not sure this works

I think it is not necessary to download playstore.apk.
create a folder on your PC (Linux and Mac is your top choice), copy all your downloads in this folder (downloads = custom- rom zip, open_gapps zip, SuperSu zip etc)
next you need ADB (android debugging bridge) on your PC.
connect your smartphone with usb to your PC (usb debugging enabled on your phone- you find it under developer)
boot in recovery ( I assume you got lastest TWRP for your phone installed.)
in TWRP go to WIPE / ADVANCED WIPE --> tick Cache, Internal Storage, Data, System, Dalvik/Art Cache.
With this action you are going to lose all data, except data on your external SD and your OS as well. Common sense dictates to back up your data first :good:
after you swiped go to ADVANCED /ADB Sideload --> Swipe to Start Sideload
open your terminal on your pc and cd in your newly created folder with all your zip goodies.
type
Code:
adb sideload custom-zip
Use tab completion - very handy and you know there are no typos.
repeat this command with open-gapps.zip (beware you have to activate sideload in TWRP again) Caution: Do not reboot between installation of your custom - rom and open_gapps.
same procedure with Supersu.zip and so on.
After successful sideload installation, boot your phone to system. Now you should see welcome screen from Android and you have to do a few more setup steps to enjoy your new OS.
