How do i fix this?
I cleared data, uninstalled-reinstalled, even did a FULL wipe and flashed the ROM all over!!!
I'm not sure what I'm telling you here but since ICS doesn't support FB sync anymore, it can also have sync problem with Twitter.
BTW, I realised that since I first got my hand on GNex.

Ironically, Facebook sync works for me (FoxHound ROM)
Please explain how to disable the max data usage warning. While I don't have a ss from her device, this is what I'm looking to adjust

Thank you.
Try turning on mobile data first, then an option should appear under the on/off toggle to turn off the warning. That's how it is on stock anyway, not sure if that's what you're using.

after connecting to Wifi, tap Back, it will prompt you the Mi account that you used to connect with this device. Input & done.
Solved!!!
thank you :good::good:
That start screen got me worried too until I used my wife's phone with the Google Translate app to see what it said - then as the chap above pointed out it was just a matter of connecting to my wifi, hitting the back arrow and then entering my Mi account password.
