Hi. You cannot flash ROM via local update ......only from TWRP (recommended version 2.8.1.0)

nice ROM , every thing works except split screen , it gives me one application only , and off course face unlock doesn't work like all Chinese rooms or repacked
now can i ask for the following please
1- how to fix split screen
2-how to change ROM from Chinese C17 to international C00
3- what is the best kernel for it and its configuration
4- the most important thing is how to make battery last longer < my battery only last for 2 hours with WiFi or data and for less than a day in sleep

Hello my friend i'm new here, i hope someone can help me with this.
I just bought my Huawei P6-U06 and installed the ROOM from this thread t.e b708 i tryed many others but this seems to be most stabble from the others, the problem is the battery when i check on Battery status the Android system is about 20-30% more draining than the Display ? Is there any fix for this problem, i use WIFI the most of the day , the brightnes is on Low-Medium light i never use AUTO , location also are OFF.
And yes i almost forgot , what are the benifits from changing the Kernel ? I wanted to change it to Angel Kernel AROM v5 .

I would suggest that you reflash the rom but make a full wipe before, and bavkup ofcourse. As for the kernel it all depends on the options that you need from it, usualy custom kernel gives you the possibility to OC cpu plus battery performance and other stuff. Read the info on the kernel and see if you would like to make the change.

Hey! Thank you for this ROM. Seems faster than stock. Battery drain no more, better sound. I come from kk base (B512). Installed twrp, then the ROM, rebooted and installed gapps. Rebooted and installed supersu with your instructions to get an updated version from PlayStore. Rebooted again. All as instructed, but no matter what I try, I cannot access the internal memory. I tried even without gapps. Just the ROM.

For "/storage/emulated/legacy", "/sdcard" and through adb.
With file managers I got an empty folder. The Settings app, in Storage, shows the type of content I have and the used space and free space. In twrp I have access to all files in both internal and external sd.

Try this to revert back to stock recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=52973530#post52973530. Then wipe with stock ROM using dload method.
Vibrate on call answer
Hello, I like this rom. stable, less lagy, good battery performance, less heating comparing stock & other custom roms. Especially fast boot very nice feature.
There is one missing feature "vibrate when next party answer the cal" Is it possible to add this valuable feature somehow (via TWRP or APK etc) ?

everything is good but....
if there is music playing, it plays thru both the speakers and the headset. any idea why or how to fix it?

Little things
This rom is coming along nicely. Can the latest SuperSU be included so it doesnt have to update each time we upgrade the rom to the newest version? Not really a biggy at all. The biggest gripe i have is the rom can eat throught its battery fast.
Also FYI everyone else don't forget about using something like faster fix to change the GPS search zone to your correct one! It helps getting locks quicker.

Tried it out, epic failure caused by twrp 2.8.4.0 had to revert to my full backup thats non lollipop :'( Lollipop has spoiled me with its smoothness.

Call Log function is also not working, how about you?
Well nothing worked while on that TWRP it also didn't matter which backup I went to either. So I restored to TWRP 2.8.1.0 and then restored my 4.4.2 TW rom. Feels like my battery lasts forever now. Esp with the agni kernel. For now I'll stay on that rom but I will be returning to this when its a bit more mature. Our note 2's still have so much to give, Samsung should at least release the source code/ drivers needed to make our own roms.
Bootloop problem
So I've discovered this ROM, pretty solid reviews. :good:
However, I'm facing a bootloop issue. Followed the instructions carefully, using Clockwork Recovery 6.0.4.1.
Facing a bootloop after installing both ROM and gapps. Screen is just stuck on the four balls floating around, which is the boot animation.
Coming from stock ROM, have not installed any kernels before. :fingers-crossed:

I've been running this ROM for a few days now with agni kernel. Awesome.
Ringtone and other tonrs seem to reset to default regularly. Other than editing build prop is there a permanent solution either ready or in the pipeline.
Its no biggy but looking round to see who's phones ringing to be told its your own isn't a good look.

It is Q700s KitKat ROM themed and ported to Q1010i. The developer has changed the build.prop so that the phone shows android version 5. Unethical as he mentions it as a lollipop ROM.

1 chrom browser not working well. Searching and google search not working.
2 in settings advance-home screen-material wallpaper not working shows unfortunately settings stopped.
3 android browser is not installed.
4 System browser is not restoring google bookMarks.
5 When phone reboot or switch off and switch on mobile data automatically turned off.
6 All gaps not installed like Gmail, android browser.
Allover it's a fantastic Rom stable, smooth. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, dual SIM, dual 3,etc working well.

I removed gapps to lower the size of the zip file you can manually install them and I am happy that you like the rom
Flashable stock ROM required
I have installed the hive ROM in my Xolo Q1010i but i want to go back to stock ROM. I have tried sp flash tool many times but unable to flash the stock rom. Can anyone provide me flashable stock ROM so that i can flash it through carliv recovery....

I have installed the rom.. Working fine, entire look has been changed, no major bug... First boot will take a little bit extra time. Nova launcher has been used insted of the original one, but that is also nice, more customisation options are there.

to switch to 240 dpi you must edit the build.pro this in /system/build.pro
look for this line and edit it
ro.sf.lcd_density=240
thx ... but thats editing ... other roms provide that in settings easily accessible but thx for answer ... went away to another rom

Any progress with the proximity sensor.
Its a deal breaker for me so running another while its fixed. Otherwise this is by far my favourite 5.1.

I think you need to flash with odin your modem.

Tried Beta version of XPosed and do not seem to work : bootloop.
Any other have same issue ?
Anyway great ROM, no bugs so far, everything works as expected. Battery life is around 13 hours for my HOX.

Hi there. I've recently found your ROM and immediately tried to install it. I've done this numerous times but this time I can't seem to get it done.
Basically what I do is make a full wipe try to install kernel and it say the installation has been aborted. Any ideas?

no you cant use alex kernel because alex kernel is for sense roms and flexos is based on cm
to enable s2w you can try it using trickster mod app from the playstore if the kernel supports it !!!

Spirit2 won't work. Spirit1 will. But... You have to download SELinuxModeChanger apk from xda, install it and set Selinux mode to permissive. Then you can install Spirit1.
