[Q] LS980-Bricked-Black Screen, No FastBoot/Recovery/Download Mode - Sprint LG G2

My phone is the sprint model, and as much as I have tried to follow other guides, for example this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142&page=15
As well as this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2681089 and other ones that led to no happy ending of me having an unbricked device.
My phone does not enter any mode, whether it be download, fastboot or recovery, it still shows up on Device manager as QHSUSB_BULK and tries to mount a bunch of "formatable Drives"
However I cannot follow the guide in regards to fastboot because my phone does not even go to FastBoot. As far as I know its a complete brick right now, can someone please tell me what I'm missing? I followed the first quoted link to the smallest detail and managed to DD the img files, but after rebooting it many times, it still did not go into recovery mode or any other useful mode. Please help me .:crying:
I have notice in most tutorials the method makes use of one of the three modes, Recovery, Download or FastBoot, but what if there is none? is there any hope for my phone?

Hard Bricked my device, can someone help?

I have been trying to get this thing upgraded to 5.0 for a day and half now, and i just flashed it for like the 10th time with lg flash tool to try to take it to stock. The rom i flashed that bricked the device I found in this thead: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2698267
All of a sudden it won't turn on, won't respond to adb or enter recovery with the volume down + power combo.
All i can see in device manager is qhsusb with an exclamation point. I struggled to update this and once i finally did, the device still isn't recognized by the computer in any lg programs like mobile support tool or flash tool or by adb and wont turn on what can/should i do at this point??

So it won't enter download mode either? You didn't mention that one... If it does enter download mode you have several options, however based upon what you posted I'm guessing download mode is also not available?

I managed to find out that the phone is in something called bulk mode and even found a tool that gets lg phones out of bulk mode. The program located in this thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/fix-unbrick-lg-g2-stuck-qualcomm-hs-usb-t2933830.
It has my chipset in it(The APQ8064) and can connect with the phone. It passes the first two tests (AP, and EMMC) and fails the SDRAM test. If i can figure how to fix the last test and make it succeed, the tablet won't be bricked anymore. Any ideas?

Had a quick look at that bulk mode thing. It seems to refer to a TOT file.
That TOT file seems to be in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2692505 and is still downloadable it seems. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B34qnFE3O_HbX2t6elg5UXZFNEk/edit)
Looking further at that unbrick thread it seems that SDRAM is checked in step 4 . Where do you get stuck?

Well my phone doesn't work with that program anymore. After running into the sdram error for so long i ended up scanning that thread and running across QPST, which is the qualcomm manufacturer tool for flashing phones/tablets with Qualcomm. , which placed my phone into download mode for QPST.
I believe i can fix it using the process listed here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/wip-unbricking-nexus-4-using-qpst-t2208289
However i need the correct hex and mbn files, which are generated from the 4.4.2 tot file for my gpad. The annoying part is this has to be done in linux. The guide i found of how to make the correct files is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/wip-unbricking-nexus-4-using-qpst-t2208289 ,
Except i don't know how to work linux and that is just a little too complicated for me. If you have linux and can attempt to help me build the correct files that would be great. Unless i can somehow run a loopback mount command on windows like it mentions, i'm stuck

No Recovery - No Download Mode - No Fastboot

Hey everyone,
We have an LG G3 D855 here which has been interrupted midway through flashing a KDZ file,
Powering on the device gives us,
"Cause : Boot certification verify (secure booting error)"
Followed by the screen going off and the blue red LED flashing endlessly.
Download mode does not work,
Recovery mode does not work,
However, the factory reset screen appears, but when selecting yes it reverts to the LG logo and reboots.
Here is a screen shot of what appears in device manager on my PC after I attempt to enter download mode.
As you can see, it is "QHSUSB_BULK" in device manager.
We have tried adapting this guide for the G2 with Ubuntu, but the device is not recognized by Ubuntu. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142
If we can get into fastboot somehow we will be fine, but nothing seems to be responding. Any advice would be fantastic.
We also have another idea, of super hard bricking the device somehow so that we can follow this tested method of getting out of the brick,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/fix-unbrick-lg-g3-stuck-qualcomm-hs-usb-t2933853 not sure how to get either of these though so some help would be great.
The same problem has been described here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/lg-g3-d855-rooted-download-mode-t3003988
EDIT : After 10 hours of working on this problem we found the solution and posted our fix and explanation here http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-...nload-mode-t3273824/post64377399#post64377399
Thanks to all parties involved.

Thanks mate, are there no software alternatives to this problem? We have been looking literally for hours.
It works! I have found a diffrent package at web. The "Device is not in DL mode" issue is much better with! If the DL breaks, reject the USB-cable and klick start again the process should start without probs. For prevent the app to freeze exclude cust.mbn, system.mbn, userdata.mbn, cache.mbn every .mbn bigger then 50mb. This files we can flash later with Flashtool after the device is back to life

[REQUEST] Test points for EDL mode

Some of us are bound to "brick" our Max's at some point, we need a genius that knows the right test points to help us out!
Thanks!
Totally agree. I now manage to boot into EDL and Fastboot, but have a locked bootloader and don't know how to reset the phone
(the only thing I did was an update, then bootloop...)
Help Please..Same with me.
My phone was hardbrick i think.
No download mode, no fastboot mode and my device manager just only recognize as HS-USB Diagnostic 900E
How i can get back to life my phone
Thanks

I also posted it here
I am everywhere
How do I put the phone into fastboot mode if it is hard bricked? It won't turn on, I get no responce from phone. When I use method connecting test point to metal cover on mother board of phone usb connects to PC and MiFlash recognizes phone. Try to flash though and I get an error message. No matter what ROM I use, zipped, unzipped or tgz file. Can my phone be unbricked? What am I doing wrong? I have a Mi Max 64GB and am using HELIUM Roms. Please help. I am using this method
http://en.miui.com/thread-328371-1-1.html
Everything is good up to when I click on flash. Then I always get the error message.
Error message is:
The filename, directory name, or volume label is incorrect.(0x8007007b: Open programmer "MPRG*.hex").
I have no clue. Not my first time flashing ROMs or unbricking a phone. It is my first time on a Xiaomi. Only done blackberry and samsung before.

bootloop'ed ZE551ML Z00A

Hi,
I somehow managed to get myself into a bootloop situation (it keeps rebooting and showing the asus logo until I shut it down). I had flashed the droidimg.img recovery.img and boot.img files from the latest official stock rom, but that seemed to not work and now I'm in a bootloop. I do not have fastboot or recovery or anything else. It's stuck at the logo and keeps rebooting.
To fix it, I tried to follow the "unbrick" guide (https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/help/thead-bricked-phone-updating-to-mm-tips-t3452785), but I can't see the MOOREFIELD device show up for long enough to even click it (only shows up for a split second under "Other Devices" section). And I can't see "Inter SOC" in device manager at all. Also, xFSTK-Downloader doesn't run (doesn't show up when I click it) at all. This is on Windows 10. I have looked at other guides and they seem to have followed the "unbrick" guide, which doesn't work for me.
Is the phone done for good or is there hope?

please don't make multiple thread uselessly. please read the guide properly. that question have already been answered multiple time. connect you phone to pc. turn it off by pressing power button long time. now run xfstk load files tick gpflags override. then click ok. and click begin download it will start waiting for device. now simply click power button to turn on device. xFSTK will force it into required mode and will start download. repeat steps as required
