I have an LG G3 D850 and have successfully re-installed the stock firmware before. However, yesterday I got the dreaded boot loop. So I thought I would re-flash it again with stock firmware. It initially would enter "download mode" but the LGFlashTool would fail every time with error "DOWNLOAD FAIL", then eventually the phone would not enter "download mode" at all. Once I try to enter "download mode" the LG screen comes up then it goes directly to the Firmware Update screen. If I can't get the phone into "download mode" I can't re-flash the stock firmware and it's utterly useless. Please help!

My brother has a LG G4 from verizon. He tried to install MM through a KDZ file, something went wrong during the installation. Now the phone is in a bootloop, it says: "Secure booting Eroor! Error 1003". I can enter to the stock recovery and that's it, when I try to put it on download mode, it enters the screen where it says "Download Mode" and then reboots, it doesn't stay. I tried using LGUP but it doesn't detect it because it keeps reboting on download mode.
Is there a way to unlock the bootloader, entering fastboot mode or installing twrp from the stock recovery?
Please Help!

So my aunt plugged her LG G3 into her laptop to back her phone up with lg suite, and apperantly this triggered an update.
everything went well, till she got an error message: "The Update Couldnt Continue" with instructions to remove the battery,
and plug it back it, because this would resume the update. So she did, and after that, the lg logo showed and the screen went black.
the splash screen showed this error message:
"Boot Verification Fail!
- cause: Mismatch_Sig_Len"
at first thought, i thought, i might be able to flash the stock firmware trough odin, or other flash software.
but this didnt succeed since i couldnt access download mode.
Second thing i tried to do was access recovery, many people said this was done through factory reset, and by just confirming,
so i did, but, it just showed me the splash screen again.
The Tirth Thing i did was just letting it boot, this results in the splashscreen showing, and the screen turning black with the led flashing red and blue.
Its a Dutch LG G3 D855 with stock firmware, no TWRP or root.
Hi,
I recently installed flashify on my LG G3. It was sometimes switching off during use and I thought to try and install new ROM.
Now however, it does not start. Going into recovery mode returns an error 'Secure boot error' and leads to black screen with red/blue LED fash. Going into download mode causes a message to appear in small text in the middle of screen 'Recovery mode' (not full screen like normal) but then resets after 8 seconds and goes to black screen.
Hence using LG flash tool to flash stock ROM is impossible because it resets itself after 8 seconds.
Please help!
Thanks.
My LG G4 doesn't boot into download mode and LGUP doesn't recognize it. Whenever I power on my phone it boots to firmware update screen and it says: 633A B100 modified. The problem is that I can't do anything. I can't go into download mode or recovery.
This question is similar but I can't find the solution.
