Paranoid Android Galaxy S3 4.4.2

Does anyone know if there is a Paranoid Android release for the galaxy s3 running 4.4.2 nightlies anything

i have a lg optimus zone vs410pp2. i have rooted it and now i want to put a custom rom and kernel on can someone plz help me?

Have you guys bothered to look in your device forum section of xda? Neither of those devices is supported by the team...

You should look again. You didn't specify which version you have but I know there are some builds

Okay I will but I am running 4.4.2 kitkat on my galaxy s3 if you can give me a link I'd be very grateful I just want to know if there is a build for it and if its possible to install it on my phone

I only found a build for jelly bean version that's about it no kitkat

I told you twice and for the third time "4.4.2" its even on the title of the thread if you don't kno then just say so

Which s3. Ie is it the international or the standard. What's the model code? Gt i9300?
Reading may help you a lot more than attitude. 4.4.2 is android version. He is asking what phone model.

You shouldn't be flashing anything to your phone until you understand the difference between Android version and device version

Like i9300, sgh-t999, gt-i9305
Grab Pacman, it has many features of many famous aosp roms included paranoid android....
ONLY FOR i9300

Well, i have SCH-I535 i believe it to be the standard and the model code is GT i9300 and he was asking for the version not the model. Anyhow this has turned more into an argument than answers to my question. 2

Sch-i535 is a Verizon model and is most certainly not the i9300
When someone asks what VERSION of a device you have they most certainly do not mean what version of Android is running on it. Just common sense dude

For which update you are waiting?
Take a look to the dev section, you will find the NoleKat Rom which is a KitKat Port from the SM-T211 .This one is really stable a good for the daily use with agreat battery life.

i am using the nole kat rom that was ported from t211 but i still waiting on that update to come as the rumor says idk

Yes bro. Im using nolekat rom for awhile now. What i was saying was the original kitkat firmware from samsung so developers can make custom roms out of it. Not ported from another device. I think this is a very god rom, the nolekat rom. I have only one problem in nolekat rom, the videoplayer cant find my tv for casting. It was noted by gr8nole already. I hope he finds a fix.

Does it work if I use cm source, copy the device-tree of the prometeus-rom and compile it?
It would be great to have a CM-Rom for the Neo.

Haters gonna hate. But if you're into custom ROMs this is not the good choice. I bought it because it's a note and I use a lot the pen and note taking apps.

I agree with you.
Any samsung phone can have 2 kind of Custom ROM.
1. CM based which I do not like. I suggest to buy Nexus if any one like CM rather than buying something and installing something.
2. Samsung Based. The stock software is just perfect. I do not see any custom ROM needed at this moment. Most of the custom ROMs are taken features of Note 3 or S5. If you have a look to other forum of S3 & Not3 you can pull those apps and most of them should work.
What was needed is root the phone, delete unwanted apps, and a good recovery....Which all I got it for my Note 3 Neo SM-750:good:
Now if this is been updated to Kitkat should be good, else no worries. The GUI would be same for all.
What I am looking for now a extended battery.....The stock battery really good however having extended battery is good when you are in vacation.

It's not so simple,for first you need to create a device tree,and prometeus doesn't have it because is stock based.
Sometimes samsung release the sourcecode for compile aosp on his opensource center,try to compile it,or try to modify the device tree with cm modification and compile it.
And fix all the bugs.

I have sm7505 for some 6-7 months now and I love it. I see a lot of bad words about this device. What is the reason for this?

Hell raiser .why u bent on not letting any developer take interest in outing a cm rom for this device? ? come on note 2 note 3 have cm rom.and they are more premium.NOTE .

I recently got the Note 4, as soon as I left Sac is releasing the TW LP Rom for the 3 tonight.
Either that or is there a Rom in the works?

This literally isn't possible without a N4 base 5.0 rom.

This is a small hurdle that will be hopped over when 5.0 is released for the N4 officially.

That only just appeared and is not functional on our devices yet. As well porting from an older device to newer will take more work than just porting across variants. This won't work without a lot of effort.

Just wait a couple months for 5.0 official TW, we all waited a while for LP CM Based roms. Its ported sure but now since we have official support from CM , there'll be ROMs built for TRLTESPR AOSP soon. For now, KK TW.

Is there a Marshmallow upgrade for this device?

@ Neo: I doubt. We were lucky that we received 5.1.1 at all. It also took a veeeeery long time. So I doubt.
@ S2: P3ople can only port such features if there is a next generation of said device. Currently this tablet has no successor, so there is no 'source' where people could go to copy the changes/features.

Some features can be ported over from n5. The main issue is there isn't any devs left for this device or at least not p600. Sadly the dev for this device is dead.
What goes for mm I doubt Sammy is gonna work to much on this device other then just updating existing lollipop .

Yeah, we're luck we got Lollipop. No way Samsung is going to put the time in to Marshmallow for us.
