Yes you can but you have to install your region code after... that will make a reset of your phone, like if you flash a firmware.

First of all, Bada isn't an open source system, and for now it's impossible to port it to any other device.
Secondly, I doubt that anyone here has a full specification of your handset.
then is it possible to port to any other operating system which supports multi tasking and whats app???
If "wrong" OS on your handset.
Easiest and most working solution is to buy other handset.
Sorry, no joke.
Sell your handset and buy new one.
Or start self your porting project...
Minimum requirement...
- Firmwarefiles of your handset for research...
- Service Manuals and other Documents about Hard + Software...

It seems to be a feature-phone not a smart-phone that means it doesn't meet hardware requirements for this so no Android/Bada/Windows Mobile for this phone

I try to change room but no room supports full Arabic.
I found many sites but not the same PDA or the room not supporting Arabic or support Arabic and no root for it . so plz I need help to find root for my tablet.

As we know to have Cyanogenmod, ParanoidAndroid or OmniROM the developers need the drivers of the device to start cooking and badly in our device Samsung Galaxy Fame ( GT-S6810) Broadcom doesn’t release the drivers so that make impossible to have customs roms base on CyanogenMod, but the users of the forum HTCmania create an official request to Broadcom to release the drives we only need to sing the petition at h t t p : / / w w w . c h a n g e .org/es/peticiones/broadcom-drivers-for-bcm21654g#share.
