SMemo in I9000

Hello everyone, if not the right place, but I mention my project.
I am installing SMemo (Note original) on my I9000. Assistant screen. SMemo open perfect but if I try to create or edit a note I get the following error "com.sec.android.widgetapp.diotek.smemo"
I am very interested in this app. I would be very useful if you could help.

I think we will need the correct libs. From galaxy note.

i found a S memo apk,it can install and successful .
but when s memo run and go to first screen, it can't be used for any function

What so special in S-pen, AFAIK it is just an ordinary Stylus? Isn't it? That shouldn't be a problem.

Galaxy Note uses wacom digitizer to register the input which can read pressure level for the magnetic S-pen.
Now back to the topic, smemo without spen pressure level reading would be no different from skitch+evernote combination with capacitive stylus.
I've got to mention that smemo can be used with fingers however it's not really accurate and you lose benefits that spen provides.

It is not ordinary stylus.Its some sort of electronic pen.I remember reading it somewhere.

I think you have to get the lib files from Note and put it in correct directory might work.As said in post #6

If the libs are designed in such a way that they only detect the spen's touch then someone gotta modify the libs to work with human fingers.

Just try putting the lib files in your phone first.Lets try our luck.If it doesn't work let the dev do there job when they find time.

Can someone post the names of the required lib files??

I don't have a note so I don't know which libs they are, gift me a note and I'll tell u the name.

Aside from finding the correct libraries, we have to change the resolution of the application. Our Galaxy S have 240dpi and S-Memo have 320dpi. Here you can download the smemo240. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1361462

[Q] Did samsung remove the screen recorder?

In the first video we saw a feature to record the screen and sound making a video.
But now nobody have this feature on their phones?
I am missing anything or samsung finally removed this feature?

Because all the peoplethat I know or reviews I have seen online of the note 2, doesn't have this feature.
Maybe I am in a mistake, and simply the people doesn't know how to make it work, but if they removed it its a shame

oh alright... i didn't realize that there are quite a bunch of people who now have note2...
well, we can't be sure at the moment about removal of this feature, can we? not being able to work it out can be a possibility as well... time will tell...

Its not working on mine. Im trawling the forum puzzled as to why its not working samsung showed it off in there videos saying how useful it would be.... then removed it?

They were using this as a selling point before release, we have to hope it will come back like split - screen, maybe it was just not ready.

I was looking forward to this feature, sad to see it's not available.

The thread linked below goes into a bit more detail about it (not much more detail). It may come in an OTA... I'm guessing the kinks they are working out, as mentioned in that thread, is the ability to block the recording or movies from Netflix, and Play Store Movies, etc.

Samsung has officially announced in FAQ of Note II, that they have removed the feature of screen recording due to violation of terms in some countries, Samsung has removed this feature.

Same issue as call recording or camera shutter sound then I would guess. Can be enabled using the csc feature method maybe?
I would be interested in this feature to record skype calls, if thats how it works (ibhavent watched the video lol)
Maybe the feature can be extractd from one of the earliest ruu's? (If somebody knows what theyre doing there)

They just showed this feature in their youtube video but it was not available in any of the device but you can record screen using apps from play store.
Rec is the best app minimun requirements are android 4.4 and your phone must be rooted

I was wondering if there's any way to get the version of Samsung's keyboard on the S6 on my Note 4?

I think it is already out there somewhere.

The instructions are very basic, they simply tell me where to place the files.
My note 4 IS rooted, I placed the 2 files for the keyboard in the correct places, but.. now what? d: It appears my Samsung Keyboard is entirely gone when I go to choose my input method, I have just Google and Swype.
Any tips? Thanks!

True, I just found a post where someone had a flashable version, and honestly the subtle visual appearance changes are more than enough for me to do whatever it took to get the updated version! I love it, it's just cleaner than before

Lol ok as long as you're happy. It's just the one button that's a little different looking but seems to have the same function.

Need Pre-loaded HD Photos & Videos

Hello. I wanted the pre-loaded HD photos and videos of Sony Xperia X, not the wallpapers and lockscreens, but the ones which are visible in Album.
I got new phone and I just checked the Album quickly, and then I did Factory Reset, I assumed that those media files won't be deleted, my bad! But now I need them. I checked online and couldn't find. Can someone please upload it or give me any links to download it? I remember that there were 2 videos for sure and some 7-8 photos.
And are there any pre-loaded music files too?

I just wanted those multimedia files for checking the clarity. And tbh, I don't like losing such stuff, but somehow I did, so I wanted it back. If possible, please upload?

Huh? what are you talking about? I swear my phone came with absolutely no samples . Nor image nor video nor sound. Did you find what you were looking for?

I am talking about the sample photos and videos itself I swear that it came with my phone.
No, I did not get those media files yet. Checked online, but did not find the exact stuff which my phone had.

You mean like the typical demo video that was some landscapes and then says xperia? Really I'm either blind or it doesn't come with all models. I have the EU single sim model

Quick check ! Sorry for off topic but any body does have light bleed issue on xperia X .I have on mine .Bottom right and left corner where back & recent button is. ( I will remove this if this violets rule but if someone can confirm this that would be nice)

hmm.. that's very strange. Out of all things, light bleed is what I lack of. My screen is superb. How did you get it?

I don't know how did i get it but it wasn't there before.After purchasing device then 2nd day it i noticed .
Did u test it on full brightness though? & on black display.

No i just got this devie some days ago .Everything stock not even upgraded to nougat .Even I browse through pics in gallery which are horizontal the light is still pretty much visible there.
Can u double check with what i told before?

I just ran diagnostics full brightness. nothing. Only a slight a bit brighter than the rest line on top which is almost non visible to my eye.

No than it isn't problem for you.I know what you are talking about .It's all over all xperia's screen .It's kind of backlight .
I have like bulb glowing from 2 places where the gaps are.

Send me a pic. Maybe I have it too but you are more prone noticing it. Really, if its the LCD the only thing you can do is send it away. and its a pain in the bum

@elmor0 are you able to adjust the volume for BT-In-Ears? When I modify the mixer_gains.xml the values are reset after reboot ...
