Sometime back I went into Manage Apps and removed the show notification icon for when the watch is connected. Can anyone pull down the notification and select the Moto notification and tell me the process name, eg if com.android.wear...
I am to put it back but forgot the system process name.
Thx
on my nexus 5 when i long press the notification, it is from Google Play Services (android 5.0)

anyone else's google now in the notification bar just disappeared ie the weather card. didnt swipe it away or change any setting but it just disappeared as did time home.
there all showing in the app as normal , ive tried turning google now on and off. tried clearing app data and cache and still wont re appear in the notification bar.
any ideas?
FIXED
Turns out there was an update id not been notified about in play store once updated all back to normal
Mine still doesn't show anything after the update. I like to keep my weather info on the notification panel. Already did the off/on trick or clear data. Both my gnex and n7 are totally blank
Edit: after update the card setting was suddenly turned off from low priority. All fixed now

I'm using the Airfighter watchface and it permanently displays Google Now notifications at the bottom of the watchface (obscuring the step counter which is also displayed there). I can open each notification and swipe it away, but then it just gets replaced with the next Google Now card. How can I configure this so that Google Now cards are only displayed if I swipe down on the watchface?

In the Wear app on the phone, tap the gear icon to get to Settings, then tap "ASUS ZenWatch" under Device settings. Turn off "Card previews". I think that will do what you're asking.
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that there was an option to keep the notifications on the watch, but not to have them automatically appear on the watchface - i.e. I only want to see them when I swipe up. I guess this isn't possible.
I just tried it, and turning off card preview does that. They appear full-screen when they arrive, but otherwise not unless you swipe up.
Edit...I just reread what you wrote, and I guess you mean you don't want them to appear at all until you swipe up. You're right, I think there's not a way to do that, at least not built in.
I'm using the google now launcher on rooted fire phone with stock lock screen. I get notifictions from google now and screen lights up to show me and vibration works but it is silent. I have set different alert sounds, including default, but it keeps resetting to silent when I go to gNow card notification settings. I even deleted card settings and started over.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Can anyone tell me if they are having this problem, too?
Yes, I am having this issue as well with the latest version.
This appears to have worked for me.
1. Force stop Google Search.
2. Clear cache
3. Uninstall Google search which should restore it to the phone's factory default app.
4. Launch Google Now and set notification sound to None (Silent).
5. Reinstall latest version of Google Now.
6. Launch Google Now and set notification sound to desired sound.

This didn't work. No Google app after uninstalling it.
But thanks,
I got alerts working with Tasker. Method was to:
Create an Event - UI - Notification
Owner Application = Google
New Task - Name "Alert" (optional but recommended)
Add Action +
Alert - Notify Sound - Title "whatever you want" - Sound file = "whatever you want" (Defaults are located in System/media/audio/notifications)
go back
Add another action +
Task - Wait - 2 sec
go back
Add another Action +
Alert - Notify Cancel
go back
Done.
(I actually added Alert Sound - wait 1 - Alert Sound - continue) so it would play the alert twice but thats up to you.
Notify Cancel, keeps the Tasker Alert icon out of your Notification Drawer.
Tasker does not need to be run in foreground for this to work so change it in Tasker Prefrences to keep the Tasker icon out of Notifications, as well.
Ok,
iv'e updated both Huawei Watch and Note5 to Marshmallow.
I'm having some issures -
First -
Line app is in the Block app notification on wear app and im still getting notification from it - no matter what i try it won't ignore it (and it does ignore other apps as band, sms and whatsapp)
Second -
I have 2 Sms app with keyboard - both orignial and paid for -
Android Wear SMS
Quick for Wear
Both worked perfectly.
After the update "Quick for Wear" don't show up on the app list when i slide left on my watch and it wont pop up any notification from any app.
tried everything including factory reset on both of my devices...
any one has idea whats up with that?

Go to your Android Wear app, then go to the Gear icon on the top right of the screen.
In the Device setting section click on the HUAWEI WATCH and in that menu click on the "Resync Apps" button and in a few minutes your Quick for wear should appear. If not wait about 15-30 mins and restart your watch.
If neither of these work try uninstalling and reinstalling the Quick for wear app on your phone and restart.
Previously my phone would show notifications on the top of my screen for about two seconds before disappearing when I got a new notification. My phone crashed and some settings were messed up (like my phone signed out of snapchat for some reason). Now I dont get alerted in this way when I get notifications. How do I fix this?
P.S I have Android 7.0 if that helps
