I currently flashed my s3 with CM-11-20141112-SNAPSHOT-M12-d2lte.zip this is a snapshot and I wanted to get a stable release. Can I flash a stable release even though i have already flashed cm-11-20141112-SNAPSHOT-M12-d2lte.zip

I've got an unofficial version of a custom ROM installed on my phone and I want to migrate to an official nightly version of the ROM. Can I flash the official version over the top of the unofficial version, or do I have to do the full memory wipe process and treat it as a completely new ROM?

Im on unrooted 6.0.1 stock. Is there any rom stable enough to replace stock with? If not is it possible to downgrade and use a custom stable rom?
