[News]YiROM Developers working on Android Lollipop 5.1 for Redmi 1s!

Hey guys,
So, Everyone seems crazily-madly, VERY Eager to try out CM12 (5.0.2) on there Redmi 1s by Syhost. Meanwhile, We try this ROM, Here comes another news from MIUI website that YiRom are working on Android Lollipop 5.1 . YES, LOLLIPOP 5.1 ! By Screenshot, It appears that its OMNI rom as base, idk, I am not sure! Check the Screenshot below.

I hope the RAW/ new camera drivers are implemented in those, it would be a pity if the Redmi 1S having a good camera and not have RAW capabilities

Yes, It doesn't seem to have RIL. We can wait and experiment with 5.0.2 ,till.

Err...given the potential consequences I'd stay away. Your fallback is stock recovery should something go wrong. I've seen that go bad w/Flashfire although recent occurrences are rare. Be sure to use the latest FF build (0.52+) if you opt to go for it.

Is it available also for Mi Mix (lithium)?

My mi max hydrogen version can't install ROMs !!

I have TWRP refuse to install any time I don't know why it said ''this version is for helium and u have''
SEE THE PICTURE I SPEND MY WHOLE MIND POWER AND COULDN'T SOLVE IT .

yea it often happens because of the old twrp so need to update it. Glad you have found a solution :good:
