Google Now voice activation needing to be retrain too often - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Anyone having issues with Google Now voice activation needing to be retrained? I'll say "OK Google" after retraining it and it works fine for a while, then it just won't work. I'll have to retrain it again for it to recognize and launch. Frustrating. S Voice has not been disabled.

I have the same issue. Just had to retrain it today since it was not responding

[Q] Google Voice Enabled Question

I've searched the forums for a while now and I'm not really finding the answer to my question.
Once it became available I did the whole 'Google Voice Enabled' to my number so everything will go to my google voice number. Everything is working fine except texting.
The main reason why I 'enabled' is so I wouldn't have to deal with two numbers (for SMS and MMS) and so I can use the regular texting app. In the app AND within the Google Voice website I have 'notify through text' option checked. Everything works fine but out of the blue it will up and stop working and NOTHING I can do will make it start again (even though at random times it'll start working again).
I hate the Voice app and had to uninstall it because, once again, no matter what I would do it wouldn't stop notifying me through the voice app AND the stock/handcent app.
Am I doing something wrong or is this something extremely frustrating happening to others?
Recap: I want to use my Google Voice number, no problems with the phone itself, no signal problems. Thanks!
Open google voice push menu then setings then sync and notifications. Then uncheck notifications via text message. After you do that you will get your notifications only through google voice unless its a multimedia message then its sent too the stock msg app

[Resolved]Google voice mail not working?

So I installed Google voice to use their visual voice mail, and found that it installs fine, sets it as the default VM in the phones call settings, but when I received a call, tmo voice mail gets the redirect. I can't seem to figure this out. Anyone have a clue on this?

Bump... Anyone?
It's not just GV either, any of the market visual voicemail apps are not working either.
Any ideas?
You did go to http://voice.google.com and actually enable Voice on your line, right?
Interesting enough, that was the issue. I had google voice installed on my previous MT4G and it was all automated and worked fine before, but now that I'm on jellybean it said the install was fine but it never would trip over to GV, but now after re-registering the phone in my google voice settings, it worked.
Thanks for that.

Problem with Google voice assistant

Once i configured the Google voice assistant, i couldn't use my mic in any other app that uses the camera or voice recording. I had disabled Google voice assistant but the problem still. I got this msg whenever i try to use mic in other apps.. please help.

can not train voice 'Ok Google' galaxy a5

Train google to recognize my voice so that I can call google assistant from any screen wont work. it says 'can't connect to microphone restart your device ' or something like that. Restarting doesn't help. Others who had the same pronblem fixed it by clearing data in the google app but that doesnt fix it for me.
Any help would be appreciated.
Check in the settings of the Svoice application that the wake-up voice feature is not activated, otherwise check in voice input in the device settings is set to google automatic.
I forgot to mention that already did disabled S voice.

I can't find the voice input setting in the settings.
I've solved it. Apparently just disabling s voice is not enough. I had to reanable it and do what you said. So in s voice I disabled wake up with voice command. Now it's working al fine. Thanks.
