Here is an app for CM11 and PAC-man to change the stock bootanimation to OnePlus One's bootanimation.
I colored it green, the original one(black) was kind of boring

How To Use :
1- Download and Install Normally
2- Go To "Settings" -> "Themes" -> "Boot animations" -> Select "OnePlus One Green" -> "Tick" ->"Update".

MANUAL INSTALL
1.- download and copy to your device
2.- copy and overwrite the bootanimation.zip in system/media [root required]
3.- reboot and you should see the new animation after sony logo.

I realized that CM12 doesn't have that feature so I found a simple app for changing lockscreen wallpapers and want to share with you.
Its not my work I'm just sharing it. All credits to original developer abdismoz

2. Open gallery >your desired wallpaper > go to set picture as > select lock wallpaper.
