Unlock Xperia Mini Pro

Anyone know any way to unlock my Xperia Mini Pro?
I really need it unlocked ...
I've tried unlock by setool2 but not worked ...
The date of manufacture is 12w16 ...
When I bought the phone thinking that I could unlock ...
If anyone can help please contact me !!

What do you mean by 'unlock' - Bootloader or SIM? If it's the bootloader then I think you're following the procedure of my phone (X10 Mini Pro) as the Mini Pro uses fastboot. Try the SE unlock site if it's still there?

The 2011 phones can also be unlocked similar to the 2010 msm7x phones

SE Unlock Site is only for Unbranded (Unlocked) Phones

question is i am using arc s lt18i imported from UK and i am using it at india from last 6 month, so obviously no warranty in india, so i want to ask you guys that should i have to unlock bootloader ? any risks after unlock it ?
if no then how to unlock BL and can i relock it?
if i relock it then i can get updates from sony pc companion ?
i have this questions only to unlock bootloader and install custom rom and kernal.
please reply guys... thank in advance..

Follow the instructions on this linked page, and you'll be okay:

And yes, it's possible to lock the bootloader to gain rights to official updates thru Sony PC Companion / Sony Ericsson Update Service and get the warranty back also. Remember though that the DRM keys are lost forever but who cares about that?

I have seen: Bootloader Unlock Allowed: YES
But date is: 12W11 and I don't know WHAT TO DO

There are also many web sites where to pay and buy
unlock code but
1. I do not know if they are reliable and safe and you do not stealing money
2. How much is a good price for having such code
So I need to know if I must absolutely pay for a code or I can also use such software like SETOOL or SETOOL2 to do the job myself by USB cable.
And if I cannot do my self for free, which do you recommend to use online at a low price.

Exactly what he said. Your phone hs a newer type of security and because of that, there is currently no known way to unlock your phone with SETOOL.

developer unlock dont have anything with SIM unlock... this is 2 different unlocking and dont have anything common
developer unlock is for software developers

for free only carrier can unlock phones if subscription period over (1-2 years after purchase)
or pay for unlocking
