Depends on what you're using, but it's usually just long press on the forum and click unsubscribe.

Not only in multiwindows mode, but everywhere.

yes there is ...look at SungSonic v3 Rom ....one of the member did make a floating fully working keyboard...but it works just with phablet and tablet mode

XDA uses "Quick Filters" now, if you enter a sub like Pixel 6 Pro, you can just click on the colored "Development" tile and find a list of all available Kernels/ROMs there.
Mind though, that most ROMs these days have little to no presence on XDA anymore, you need Telegram and join their groups to get information.
