I know Samsung makes the following case for the S2:

Replacement here. Never tried this myself though.. There's also stuff on eBay too just use search.

This might help. Use a guitar pick for a pry tool. It works better and it's cheaper. You just need to get the back off and then it should be easy to get to the lens glass.
