ok so i bricked my kindle and i have everything to fix it but when i plug my kindle fire hd in the computer dosnt pick it up. idk much but i read about some drivers needed so i tried installing ABD drivers so i would detect my kindle fire hd so i could fix it well they always fail to install idk why just dosnt install im on windows 7 and i dont even know if i need those any help at all is greatly appreciated
If its bricked it usually doesn't show up, you have to get it into fast boot mode with a fast boot cable in order to get your PC to recognize it. I saw u said HD though this is in the kf2 section, so I'm basing this on what I know about bricked hd's. I don't have a kf2.

Hard Bricked Kindle Fire 7HD 4th gen... :c

Hello Guys
I have (had :'( ) a kindle fire 4th generation 7HD. I rooted it by downgrading it to 4.3.5 and adding king root. Then did the adb process to block Kindle from auto update. But I believe something happened because the last time I saw it on it was downloading the 4.5 update... Normally the process would block the installation. But now it's completely dead. It wont turn on. It wont show anything even connected it to the charger, No fastbood mode, no logo stuck, no nothing. Absolutley dead...
Is there something I can do? :C

Hello!
i was trying to downgrade my kindle fire in order to flash legacy OS on it, i followed each step, but when it finished it was completely hardbricked, touching buttons does nothing, i also tried unpluging the battery and it didnt work, the only signal of life is when i plug it to my computer and windows plays the "plugged device" tune.
its was running the latest version (Fire OS 5.6.3.0)
