But will this set speed for both cores? I remember that in cm 11 it was setting only for one core.
And what about mp-decision? It won't be able to set 1,6 anyway?

Yep, for me it's not CWM.
Maybe we now have dedicated partition for recovery due this commit

U need to install it in motion rom of s5 not in the copy of the original motion rom

Explain me why you unpack and repack kernel without permissions. If I release a kernel without seandroid enforcing there is a good reason to do it.

lwk got suport of synapse ,you just need to install from playstore
