Hi does anybody know how to set a custom action for the side button on Moto 360?
Makes no sense to use it to turn screen on/off since touching/covering the screen does that already.
I'd like to configure this as a shortcut.
Sorry if this was asked already. I did look on Internet but couldn't find an answer to this
thanks a lot!
Not yet. Would be useful feature though.

Hello,
I would like to ask you a question, please....
I always set the screen horizontal to use TomTom (far far better for texts and easiest use with the roll). Do you know any way to automatic change the screen orientation when enter/quit TomTom? (macro?), TomTom have this feature?
Thanks in advance,
PS. This PDA is great!
I know of a nice way to set a hardbutton to screen rotation. You can use a program called ae button plus that has great features for adding a lot of functionality to your buttons (for instance opening your wifi by double-tapping one of your hard buttons). I used this to set the ok button so that with a long press it rotates my screen. Check it out at http://ae.inc.ru/index.php
Hope this helped
Use a mort script before launch...

Hi guys,
is there a way to make an app or a mod, to get some tap commands on Androiddevices?
What I mean is something like the feature on the Nokia 6600 slide.
When you tap on the screen twice, you can see the clock or the lockscreen etc.
Like this: youtube.com/watch?v=MfvGSgr2h2g (sorry, not enough posts for outsidelinks)...but with lighter tapping, I don't want to break my screen xD
Shouldn't it be possible to recognize the tapping with the build in gyroscope or something like this?
I'm too lazy, to push the powerbutton everytime I want to see my lockscreen...and it looked really cool on my 6600 slide
Cheers
Hi,
Witch APEX Launcher you can set Tap command like :
Double-tap, slide down, slide up, pinch and long press.
Same with Nova Launcher ^
Apex is masterrace launcher
BOOM.
ANy app that can implement these options without having additional launcher running ? I like stock launcher, but i like those options too..
Thanks in advance
hi friends, do you know how to shot a screenshot a shortcut? or how to make a shortcut for this function ?
Press Power Button for a longer time then press on "Screenshoot" or sth. like this.
OK, this is the accessories section. Unless you want to sell a screenshot feature or something you shouldn't be here.
Forgive me if this is obvious. I'm coming from CM 10.1 and the LG interface is a huge turn off. I would expect the icon with three horizontal lines next to the home soft key to bring up the app switcher but it doesn't. Can I get that functionality on the G Pad? TIA.

I would like this to know the answer to this too. Is there any way to enable the default Jelly Bean launcher?
I figured it out after googling. You press and hold the home soft key.
Cm can't come fast enough on this tablet
Sent from my Nook HD running CM 10.1 using Tapatalk HD.
Long press on home key is the default way to bring up the app switcher. You can install GMD Auto Hide app, you can set it up to give you a dedicated key to bring up the app switcher.

I hope it doesn't become inconveniently obvious that when I ask questions about using LG's interface that I am completely inexperienced with android phones. What I know comes from my satisfying CM 10.1 experience on two Nook tablets.
So anything that is familiar from the LG phone world (makes sense they'd do that) I won't know.
Two other things I'd like to do.
Eliminate the screaming half screen notification pull down for something "normal."
Change the background on the settings app to black rather than white.
Thanks,
Ron
you can use 3finger left slide to" minimize" an app and then recall sliding to the right too

You can change the soft buttons with Xposed Mod.

I expected different behaviour, too
Has also much more abilities than just changing the navigation bar.
Nice workaround for some things, until custom roms (hopefully) arrive ;D
Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to enable magnification gestures or as LG is calling it "touch zoom" on the lock screen. For anyone who does not know what this feature is, it is a screen magnifier built into android that can be enabled from the accessibility menu. It lets the user triple tap with one finger to zoom the screen in on any app on the phone, for example if you needed to see what the app icon text is on the home screen you would triple tap and hold and the screen would zoom in and fallow your finger as you move it around the screen. On my nexus 7 and gs4 this worked on the lock screen, unfortunately it seems LG has disabled this feature on their lock screen. My first thought was knock on was causing the problem so I enabled the verizon hidden menu and disabled it unfortunately this did not help. I am rooted and am willing to try any suggestions. My only other thought would be to get in contact with the dev of g3 tweakbox because he seems to know a lot about the LG's implantation of android.
thanks in advance!

It works if you have a slide lock screen, but that's not very useful :/
