with lot of help by RaymanFX and Ganeshbiyer
unofficial cm11.zip on my hand right now
but it not boot
and we need logcat reader and logcat fixer on board
i can't fix it my self it out of my knowledge
c'mon guy we work better together to get this 4.4

-for UB device only
-it won't boot (need troubleshoot with logcat and logcat knowledge)
on 3rd post i link one of good logcat thread
or you can search another logcat thread
use logcat that from bootloop device
hope you can do something for us

and I beg @percy_g2 able to help and RaymanFX will fix his sourcecode
and RaymanFX will release the official one for aoba

What has been done until now?
- Got the Base(SlimKAT 6.0 STABLE) and the PORT (flashable .zip of N5 Android L Developer Preview)
- Deleting /app, /priv-app, /media, /framework, /fonts from BASE and replace them with the ones from PORT. They will need further optimisations.
- Fixing permissions acording to the ones from Android L Developer Preview
- Fixing build.prop settings
- Fixing updater-script since it gave lots of installation erros
- Building the main ALPHA .zip
- Got a logcat from booting which I`m gonna post it down below
- That's it for now

Installation Instructions
1. You must be ROOTED.
2. You must run latest TWRP or CWM Recovery.
3. IT IS A PRIORITY TO MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
4. WIPE ALL
5. Flash .zip in recovery.
6. Reboot and enjoy the beautiful animation. At least for now...

I would, but I don't exactly know what to look for. I mean I know how to extract boot.img and things like that, but I don't know what to modify in order to make it work...

if i was a developer i will help you as much as i can but i'm not a developer

I managed to get my IMEI back and I`m so happy. I will try to look into a kernel modification for Androil L.

Most welcome friend, about the Z2 tab and grid porting, i have no idea now. maybe it take time to port it as a lot of files need to edit. i will continues port some goodies from sony flagship devices for our device but im not promise it.

Hey I just discovered this thread and I gotta say that I didn't expected to see many users that want this ROM so be sure that when I will have more free time I will prepare a build also for you guys, but I'm telling you from now that the build will be based on KK and not on Lollipop because I need more time and test all the Xperia Apps already ported to see If they are working correctly also on Lollipop.

Lollipop yet has a long way to come to become a daily, so I think we can deal with that.
Totally in for a native-feeling Xperia experience over AOSP or Touchwiz any time.

I just wanted update you with my latest news...
As you can see in the image the ROM is almost ready but it needs some more adjustments till the release date....
Also I skipped KK and I will provide you also directly LP instead of KK
I wanted also to mention that some apps are not working good as on KK so I'm need to remove them temporally

But small problem my internet recever was damaged

Ok no problem, ping me when you are ready, may need few logcats
Any other tester can try this mod and let me know the result flash it over Cm12.1(No Theme installed neither Xposed installer zip) Dont forget to wipe cache and dalvik cache after flashing

cleared cache, dalvik cache flashed the zip.
no themes installed or xposed framework.
