Pretty sure I'm out of luck here and kind of screwed :/ but I edited the build.prop to 640, after saving etc. and rebooting I'm bricked. Phone won't boot pass the LG screen - and can't get into any sort of recovery. If anyone has any suggestions I would highly appreciate it. In that 'freak out' mode right now so please leave any criticisms to yourself. Thanks.

Anyone hit deep sleep? Tried this and the PAC-MAN version and I'm unable to to hit it.

Make sure the phone is powered off. Power it back on while holding the Power button and the volume down button. As soon as the LG Logo appears, let go of both buttons and then hold them again. You will get a message asking if you wish to factory reset. Select yes and and it will boot to recovery. Reflash the rom and you should be fine.
Pretty hard to "brick" a phone from modifying your build.prop
Video Recording
Won't let me post in the main thread (new account), but it looks like the video recording issue is related to old drivers

Work Around for Hung Lock Screen
Occasionally, the lock screen becomes unresponsive to touch. I've found consistently that turning the screen off, then holding a finger on the touchscreen while pressing the power button to wake it up causes it to become responsive again. Can anyone else verify?
Spotify
Is Spotify working for anyone? I get an instant reboot when I open it. Tried clearing data, and uninstalling/reinstalling.
Also, seems that once it gets done rebooting, my SIM is unrecognized and I can't get data unless I reboot manually.
removed - turns out that I don't know crap about logcats, and what I posted is worthless.

First off, the ROM is great overall so thanks for all the hard work. I have two issues, but neither is a big deal.
First, I can't encrypt the phone. When I try, it just reboots and sits on the boot up screen.
Second, Google Authenticator force closes. It will open, but as soon as I hit "Begin Setup" it just closes.
Is there any information on either of these issues?
I've been using this as my daily driver for two days now and there's only been one kernal crash!
Less apps FC than with the stock ROM... this build is amazing. Thank you!

I cleaned flashed the latest build and neither Google play music or appollo music are working and also the phone only shows that it's charging if you have it plugged up while booting

All lollipop builds are very similar from a feature standpoint at the moment.
I'm running with Phantom because he is doing am excellent job keeping everyone updated. ?

There is one Samsung accessibility feature that I really need: you can invert the screen colors (mainly to get white text on black background) and assign this to a triple click of home button. Any chance this can be ported to CM11 build?

if someone who owns the LTE version can do it then I guess it can be built... if I had more skills and time I would do that but atm I can't... also would need alot of help because I have never built ROM's before

Multi-User Name/Picture Not Showing Up
First of all, thank you very much. This ROM is great. Second, I added a second user and they set up their account, but "new user" still appears on the lock screen and in the notification shade (not their name/picture). This is really minor, but I was just curious if anyone else has experienced this.
I downloaded cm-11-20141102-UNOFFICIAL-chagallwifi.zip a couple of hours ago (before it was deleted / re-uploaded I think) and flashed it on a SM-T800. Most of the functions seem to be working fine: WiFi, Google Play Store, YouTube, Video with VLC (avi, mpg, flv)... Also, when I turn off the tablet and connect the charger, it does NOT go in recovery mode (as reported in #110 and later fixed).
I am still catching up on the thread as I just got my tablet so I might have missed some stuff, but I was under the impression that issues with Camera2 where fixed in the latest build by nvertigo67. However, when I start the camera (v2.0.002), it displays a black screen with only the icons on the right and crashes a couple of seconds later (logcat attached to this post in case it helps).

PS: Not that it really matters, but the file cm-11-20141102-UNOFFICIAL-chagallwifi.zip.md5sum linked in the original post contains the correct checksum but an osolete filename (and with the absolute path on Barracuda77777's computer I guess).

Display
All is looking good except the display seems to be overly saturated and too yellow. It looks like stock Samsung did with the "Movie" mode enabled. Is there somewhere to set the display to what I think Samsung called "Basic"? To me that is what produced natural looking color.
Nearly everything is great here as well, but I noticed a couple video issues today.
1) Video doesn't show up from other participants in a google hangout (just their picture)
2) Dish Anywhere app is just a black screen after logging in
Netflix, HBO Go, Slingplayer, WatchESPN, and YouTube all work great.
Has anyone else run into these issues? Thanks!

I use this rom since the beginning and it was wonderful.
I had two questions. First is it possible two had the capacitive mod of screen like on tw. On tw we could choose between classic screen or cinema or super amoled i think ?
My second question is about the battery. Do you think you can improve it, mine is less longer than the stock version, on a 48 hours day i will make a screenshot to show you my battery consumption.
I've also remark that i can't install ebay app, there was a 24 error... i've try to erase play store data but nothing to do same error.....

Installed cm-11-20141104-UNOFFICIAL-nvertigo-chagallwifi (md5: d12610c3...) on my SM-T800 over Barracuda's 20141102 build. No issue to report.
I tested Camera2 and it worked with both cameras, several resolutions, effects (color, scene) and modes (picture, panorama, movie).

Hi Robin M I had the same issue with BT. You just have to re-flash the kernel chagall-Ingo-v2.zip (see post #2) and then clear cache and dalvik. It worked for me on a sm-t805. Hope it will help.
CM to 805
I have the impression the main reason you are not building CM for the galaxy tab 805 is because you don't have one.
I got one, but I need it for professional reasons in weekdays GMT +1 18:00-21:00.
Also, I don't feel confident to start developing for a tablet I need for professional reasons. maybe for you people it's less of a problem
but I loved CM on my galaxy phone (GT-I9000), so I'd like to help you for the T805.
During other moments, eventually, I could give you SSH access to it (it has a 3G data connection, and as long as you don't start downloading p0rn with it, It's fine to me).
it has been rooted, and has busybox installed, so I'd have to install an SSH server and create a tunnel so you can connect.
Would this give you the necessary information you need to port your T800 CM mod to the T805?
Love the ROM and there's a saturation fix out there...
Love the ROM, but the screen is massively oversaturated by default (reds, in particular, literally hurt my eyes). Luckily, there's an apk out there that fixes this - I use "movie mode" which is the only mode that keeps my retinas attached See:

It works on my Tab S 10.5", although it's confusingly labelled as "Advanced Settings" *under* Settings -> Display -> Advanced Settings. It would be great if something like this could be added to a future build (and the default set to movie mode - the only mode not requiring sunglasses ).

Using your ROM and loving it. The only thing is that i have enabled the LTE option, but i can only see it connecting to H+ and 3G. Also my calls get disconnected during my calls. Could there be a radio problem? My carrier is KPN

Rom is good..bt battery drain heavy
last night install this rom...all are fine super effect....but problem is
1. wifi not wroking (when switch on the wifi...automatically its off)
2. battery drain heavy...(after install just send 2 sms, call in 5 min. battery down in 15min almost 13-15%)
Crazy bug?
The ROM is really awesome, I love the good battery life. But I discovered some weird type of a bug and I don't know if it is ROM related, so I would like to ask.
Sometimes when I start Google Now, Say "Okay Google" or anything that starts an output there is only a very strange and loud noise, like a Tetris game froze and stuck. After some time it works perfectly good.
I never had the CM12 8Bit ringtone bug as well.
Device: D855 32GB with 3GB RAM

You have done a great job in developing this ROM for our favorite device LG G3 therefore i have to sincerely thank you and i admire you. Once i saw the screenshots i was so much into it and i downloaded straight away as i installed it without any second thoughts. I find it really excellent and i would like to keep it in my phone really bad rather than going to the old stock ROM BUT!
I don't want you to get me wrong, i am just a good user and i noticed he following point that i am going to say just below and because you are a developer and i am a fun of what you ve achieved i need to tell you what i ve3 noticed happening and honestly i am on your mercy in fixing these bugs as i am in love with this ROM and i don't want any other. Here it goes:
1. The remote control app is missing, i would love to have it back.
2. The battery is draining really quickly, that is within 4 hours max 5 and a half
3. As you are in a phone call and you want at the same time to jump on another app eg Facebook, what happens is that the hand free microphone goes off the other person at the other end cannot hear you and in order for the hands free microphone to come back again, well i found that if you press speaker and then deactivate speaker it comes back on.
4. Another thing that i ve just noticed is that its being an hour in my laptop USB port for charging and it has only charged 6% (well to be honest at this point charging is supposed to be done quicker and discharge longer to happen, but in this phone is happening the reverse. by the way this was not happening when i had the CLOUDY G3 , maybe you want to ask some advice on how to fix that.
5. The camera , can you add some more functions like it is in the stock ROM?
6. the double screen operation is also missing (where you can have two apps open at the same time)
7. WIFI once you get away form my house wifi and come after 4 hours it doesnt keep the password of the wifi? why is this?
there are some more that are not coming into my mind at the moment...
by the way the battery its been now for over one hour and i was wrong in what i said above previous it on 5% there is something wrong with it i think.
Please have a look at my points as they are real and i want them to be fixed because i really like this ROM !!!!

Hi everybody, I'm certain new to the Xda forum and I wanna start with a big thanks for the effort of developers of this ROM.
First of all it's been awhile since i frequently read this forum I wont detail since which roms I've tried , of course must be some 2 years ago L
I've tested cyanideL lately but I came back to TB , seems for me much more well quality well finished code!
Nothing major noticed except I struggle to find a fix for netflix. I was really searching and I found this post

which really "bingo" in my device. For those who may try just to let them know netflix works very well in my device with the latest Team UB Cm12-261220014.
The only problem that it really bother me now is the "unfortunately, gallery has stoped" Camera seems to work very well. I ve tried clear, cash the app, I've moved all my DCIM picture on a ext card(pc), I even really clean reflesh the ROM. For first part it worked but then after i installed some other apps form titanium backup....I had the same problem. I really assume now that there is one app that my conflict gallery code....but to be honest i had so many to restore it's an enigma to guess which would be !
If someone would had a clue or encountered the same issue would guide me please!

Chromcast doesn't connect
I just noticed another issue - i couldn't connect my device with chromecast, it looks not supported yet on this cm12 ver yet....lollipop 5.0.2 yet in development..looots of work....
Hello all, I am new at testing Customized ROMS and let me say that this is a great ROM, When the phone had Omni ROM installed began with this issue, when I am charging my phone while it is off, the battery icon animation gets stuck and I cannot turn my phone on, the phone does charge, I did not have this issue on Kit Kat stock for I317, Can somebody help me? Also, is there any way to make proximity sensor to work while making calls? also, is there any way to disable vibration while pressing capacitive buttons?

I just flashed this UB ROM and had the sensor issue. Flashed the above t0lte_sensor_fix.zip and my sensors now work perfectly.
By the way, this ROM is by far THE best t0lte lollipop ROM I've flashed yet.

So far so good 5 hours on and all set up. Switched from W03 Slimkat. Had one force close after the first flash while phone was resting. "...Email" but noticed nothing nor any issues with my Gmail. Thanks

UB-ROM for TOLTE sound issues
Overall very happy with the UB ROM 20150106, however the sound issue, specifically the one relating to bluetooth streaming has gotten worse.
The typical behaviour now is that when phone syncs with the car and music starts, audio fx and google music crashes.

I had this issue and flashed the shift kernel. However after a while, charging did not play nice with it. I am now using the kernel from DU lollipop ROM. It is very fast and has no issues with charging or bluetooth. Just use 7zip to copy the boot.img from the DU zip to the UB zip and flash as normal. You will get a warning asking you if you want to copy and overwrite, just click yes or OK.. This is a fantastic ROM

hello guys, just flashed this sweet lollipop rom, but i noticed that it has no support for s pen. Any recommendations on what app to use or mod? also, i couldn't get the music to stop being soo choppy over bluetooth while screen was off. any help is appreciated, and thanks DEVS for such great work!!!
That's strange, s pen is working on mine. No customizations or 3rd party apps either. Just stock ROM. As for Bluetooth did you try overstuffedcows suggestion of the DU lollipop kernal?
No music output if screen locked?
There is no music output if screen is locked, when a headphone without a microphone is plugged in. I can't hear the music when screen is locked (although music app is still playing the music silently (muted), but when I turn the screen on, the music plays. It seems like the music itself has been playing in the background, because sound is the thing that's muted not the app itself.
Strangely, music plays well when screen is locked when a headphone with a microphone is plugged in.
Is it sort of a bug? I think many will have this kind of problem..

Since update 1/19/15, the proximity sensor does not work. Screen does not turn off during call, and I downloaded some apps to test the sensor and it seems that the sensor does not work at all..
My sensors are still working with 1/19. Try flashing the sensor fix I posted up above??

No, I have noticed it. The stock ROM on the phone does run a bit faster than this CM ROM. Plus I can't run more than one semi-intense app at a time or the entire thing will freeze up. I like it, it's great, no other ROM I have found had functional LTE, so that's a major improvement over the rest. Other than that though, it's fairly stable, I was able to record a screen capture going over everything and it didn't freeze that entire time (somehow).
Installing apps has been the source of my problems. For some reason it will slow down the download of apps and will take 5-10 minutes to download and install an app.
Also I just tried to download my first update, todays build, and for some reason every time it gets to about 70% it fails. Any suggestions on that?
anyone else notice a severe volume decrease? with the stock att rom there was the boost speaker volume option during calls... now with this rom I can barely hear anything.

now here's the issue i've been having a problem with, everytime I open an app that requires it to fullscreen (games like COC, Vainglory, Minecraft, Windward, etc,. ) I could play for a few minutes and then the screen suddenly turns off, I can still hear the sounds from the games but I can't do anything else. What I do at the moment whenever it happens though is that I push the power button to lock the phone(backlight from hardware keys turn off), wait for a moment and then push it again and then the lockscreen appears and I just unlock my phone again to get back to my app or game, however, if I push the power button again too early, screen stays black so I push it again to lock screen then wait for a moment.
Anybody else having these issues? Are there any solutions I could use to fix it? I already tried reflashing the rom(also redownloading and reflashing again). but the issue remains.
I hope someone has a fix for this.

A lot of apps crashing
Just installed it, and after unlocking the phone a lot of the apps seem to crash. If I try to open them, they crash again. Google Play services seems to be in the lead, as I'll get a message every few seconds telling me it has stopped working.
Also no smart lock. I am not a peasant. My phone should be so afraid of me that it should unlock with a mere look ahaha. Going to do a complete wipe and then try again.

Which gapps did you flash? I've had no force closes with deadmans gapps
Just a couple of things
I'd hate to be annoying as crap about questions like these, when I can just flash it and find out. But:
What kernel are you using? I know AndroidOS is going to be at the top of the list of battery usage because of libhoudini, but I'm just wondering.
Does it also support DT2W? If not, its not a complete deal breaker, but its a wonderful and useful feature being the sleep button being on the top

Not Deadmans, so now that I am, that is no longer a problem. Thank you. The camera however is giving me trouble, but it seems to be a common problem with cm and its variants on zenfone. The only camera app that doesn't crash while using it, even when switching between front and back, is the paid version of high speed camera, but not everyone can be expected to buy an app for a temporary problem.

Just the regular CM kernel. And no I didn't add double tap 2 wake because its not supported natively in AOSP. There's a lot of apps that emulate the feature though

Nope, There is no Official 5.1.1 for ZF2, YET. let's just hope it comes sooner than later!
Hey Dev, what are the actual bugs in this rom? I really want to know as specific as possible. I want to flash it in my only daily driver..
I downloaded this build, and wanted to share my thoughts on it (wasn't sure whether to post on DEV section or here, but I think it's more suitable here):
Pros
- Very minimal, no bloat
- Very fast and crisp
Neutral
- Battery doesn't seem any better or worse than previous
- Brightness seems to be much brighter than before on the lowest settings
Cons
- Quite a bit of crashing on Camera (works on one try, then crashes on next, or it crashes on Settings etc...)
- Candy Crush Soda Saga is unresponsive on launch - lol
I personally prefer it over ZenUI, and if the two cons I observed are resolved somehow, then that would perfect.
Anyhow, much props to OP for creating this!

I installed paranoid android a while ago, but I had a problem with the dual sim (When i rebooted, no sim would be recognized, then when it entered airplane mode, the sim 2 would not be recognized, I had to fisically remove the sim and reinsert ti, really annoying)
Anyone using 2 sims, that can try this in this ROM and give me feedback?

Thanks for the feedback the camera problem is a bug with all zenfone ROMs. Also candy crush works here fine

Despite even connecting the headphones, I'm not able to play any songs from my connection. Audio is not being produced.
