As far as I know, there's no dedicated Exynos Original Android Development thread. So Wanam did nothing wrong by posting here.

True. Maybe some forum Admin would split the Development thread in two to not have these problems. Truth to be told, when I first saw Wanam's post, I really thought that he decided to develop for the N910F. Well, maybe next time .
Does anyone here know the exact difference between the c and the u variants? From New Zealand and we normally get the snapdragon versions of Samsung Galaxy phones, first time I've had an exynos based phone.
Freq for lte im sure. I have u variant also this should in theory work for us maybe a few line changes would work for our U note 4

Hello Again , Here's a kernel I put together for myself to run Android 5.0/6.0 , and for anyone else who wishes to try

Linux 3.0.101
DDK 1.9
Overclock/Underclock CPU and GPU
Adjustable Voltages

Nice! so... from the drivers side, is there something left to do or fix?. It would be cool to have a plan and a roadmap for keeping track on this project. What are the following steps?. Thanks for your effort and dedication, mate.

It is not in a BOOT image or .img format. Never was. It has always just been a regular zip file you flash in recovery. Maybe codelazarous misread the "boot" part of the title. No need for any of what you wrote at the moment.

lollipop (15-03-15):
add rastapop 5.1 build.
add vanilla 5.1.0 build.
Any changelog, any bugs? I believe if you update the OP accordingly, more people will install the ROMs.
How difficult would porting this to the e970 be?
Would I be able to use it by just flashing a geeb kernel?
First if you want something you should ask nicely or do it yourself.
This is international thread.
And for your second question I believe so because the only things you guys stay without are camera and SD card an that is kernel related.
Just do a backup first and then try it out with a geeb kernel.
And is because of that kind of people I stopped posting my projects in the community.

I am developing kernels as well, just check my ops. I always update changelogs etc. It was a friendly suggestion/advice as I wanted to know at least if everything was working or tested. I don"t force anyone...
You should be a bit careful with your words before categorizing people as "this kind of people"
Not nice, especially on XDA.

XDA isn't what it used to be. There's so much people lazy to test and learn on they own, that I barely answer to anything nowadays.
Tho, if you're developing, and want to know, I bet the dev of this thread has a github, which you can check. As a dev, understand it is a must.

Yeah, i think its dead. The last update was 9 days ago LOL.
Except for Bluetooth bug (which plagues all roms that use kevs sources) it will run close to perfect.
As with all roms you are curious to try, do a nandroid backup, test rom and if you dont like restore backup..... And read atleast the last 5+ pages thread before asking such questions.
thanx the developer about his time and for sharing his project
I present N910T3UVU1DOG1 5.1.1 for the T-Mobile N910T (N910T3 users should hold off on this is a flashable ZIP).

While we're waiting, what's the deal with these vs say Tekhd version or echoe? I'm running echoe 5.1 right now and it's hella smooth. But I also miss xposed and some of tek's added features.

well, i believe echoe is from the same device (the N910T3) just a 5.1.1 version prior to DOG1, i could be mistaken. the DOG1 tekhd posted a few days ago is only a nandroid not a flashable zip. this ia a flashable zip of that nandroid and it is deodexed. it will be easier to theme. this will be a base for whoever wants to use it or for those who prefer straight up stock. i will be working on a custom rom built of this as i learn more.

Coming from TEKHD's earlier odex' T3 port, and T3 trNsformation from N910T is there any special actions required to be done for the zip flash?

You may have heard of my SkyHigh kernels for N920* and G928* & G928T Exynos7420 variants. Are there any users here that would like to contribute to your cause?
I do not have your variant, I have a N920C, so not all things are tested and need decent user (constructive) feedback for some things.
Let me know if you wish such a full featured Synapse kernel. As I have already cut back on my support to other variant, this offer won't stand very long. .
By showing support, I will require the boot.img extracted from G928PVPS2AOK3.
Also, what is your directory?
Code:
/sys/devices/battery.5[COLOR="Red"]2[/COLOR]/_____
/sys/devices/battery.5[COLOR="Red"]3[/COLOR]/_____
/sys/devices/battery.5[COLOR="Red"]4[/COLOR]/_____
I will also judge reaction to this post, so if there are only a handful, I won't bother.
Cheers,

helping purpose or not, you shouldn't say you added some "work" if you didn't, it's not fair for the developer.
