If done also some investigation, the "crash handler" is never called within the kernel, so it obviously has to happen somewhere outside, which makes it even more likely that LG patched something new in, I'll try to "disable" the handler and send you an image, would be great if you could check, if it's working out as I think @suljo94

so if I understand well your kernel should work on every rom (including CloudyG3 1.1 wich is based on M firmware) ? The watchdog error comes from somewhere else right ?
A Nandroid backup made with TWRP can fully restore the phone to a good state if we have this watchdog error ?

Yes and no, the kernel is compatible with any rom and is confirmed working on Cloudy, but some face problems on 10L based roms, which is not directly rom related though.
Yes, a nandroid can restore it completely, currently this isn't even needed, but just a reboot fixes it.

Dears,
A million thanks for the help. Now the issue is that when trying to load the kernel. I wanted to try to turn back. and begin to call the kernel from a stock rom using kdz. the problem was that was saying to peruse the download mode was lost. and load the lif.img again. I could not get back the download mode. :crying:
is why we try to rescue it by LGFirmwareExtract. but this threw me a .bin file and it was then that complicates me.
I have now installed the TWRP on my d855. and CloudyG3 1.0 rom. I do not know if there is some method of recovery that way.
again I want to thank you for your help. :highfive:
Hello, is this kernel stable on every ROM, including the last updates 10M and 10N?
What do you suggest to be the best settings for governors and schedulers to get the best performance and which ones to have the best ratio performance/battery drain?
Thank you!

No, you have to boot the kernel through fastboot for now. Bump website will be released later and once the dev had bumped his kernel it will be a flashable zip. Until then, read the op of the dev thread.

You would like to consider rephrasing that as it sounded offensive for me..you could have atleast posted a logcat, kmsg, dmesg i can look at regarding your issue instead of whining here that it ran into issues..why don't you build the kernel without a device??
Do you even have an idea how a Snapdragon 400 works?? binaries controlling cpu activity/frequency?? One guess is your thermal engine that throttles CPU down..

tried on latest TWRP 2.8.4.0 with step:
1. Flash ROM CM11-R15 and PAGapps
2. Reboot
3. Flash the previous one (Armani-prod-bld1.zip)
4. Then flash the latest one (Armani-prod-bld2b-npr.zip)
the kernel still show the previous build with Mon Jan 12
I have a problem with the last update. CPU Max Frequency is fixed at 1593MHz and I can't change it (tried from Synapse and from CM11 settings)
Hi.. i just hoping that you can make this awesome kernel available to flash on stock MIUI v.45 ROM. Thank you in advance
#i'm dying to try out this kernel
Fast and smooth!
I am using this kernel, and the previous release of it, for three days, and everything goes fast and smooth. No lags, no reboots, no heating issues!
Keep on the amazing work!
Edit: I am running CM11 R15. I don't know for real but i think the vibration is stronger with this Kernel.
After running this kernal for 3 days I can say that this kernal provides great balance between battery life and performance great work .
update please
guys rc16 is out with no call screen bug and the bad thing is that the bug is fix is related to stock cm11 kernel so we cant flash a custom kernel on rc16 as people reported that there are random reboots and some other issues so please devs update the kernel to the latest cm build please
how the right step to flash the updated kernel?
it still show build1 after flash the build2 and/or build3.
At the time flashing in Twrp latest version,it is telling no md5 file and after flashing it is bootlooping any one tell suggestion
Thank you dev for your hard work.

Hi there HerroYou,
I want to say thank you for this stable rom. It works pretty well without significant bugs.
Will you continue its development? It will be nice to hear something about ART instead of Dalvik
It's a joke, of course, but will be pretty nice if you could improve it further...
Wish you all the best!

the gwiz rom did not work for me
i had skilled rom the flashed the gwiz and got soft bricked.
Testing
I tried installing both the normal and cut down rom the normal one did not even boot up and the cut down the rom only got to the Google loading screen and that's it.
Testing
Only got the splash screen and Froze there.
Unfortunately, same here. Straight and deo just soft bricked at splash.
Are there any instructions on how to build a custom rom?

I just purchased a Samsung Tab S 10.5 T807T tablet. As you can imagine with 16gb, I'm running out of space and would love to lean this tablet up if possible and move as much as possible to the 128gb micro sdxc card I have installed.
Thanks!
